Kar se pa tiče sladkorja, vso sadje ima sladkorje, sušeno pa ima več sladkorjev na težo, ker je pač noter manj vode. Po tej logiki ljudje z visokim holesterolom ne bi smeli jesti nobenega suhega sadja ali celo sadja nasploh.
Če se v tistem članku ne motijo, potem je razlog drugje. Besweety, fajn bi bilo, če nalepiš link do tega članka.

Logika je torej jasna - ne preveč sušenega sadja naenkrat zaradi visoke koncentracije sladkorjev. Drugače pa je sušeno sadje zdravo, tudi ob povišanem holesterolu, posebej še če je nežveplano (konzervans).

To je spet odvisno kakšno porcijo si narediš, 2 Milki pa dvomim, da lahko kdo poje od šuba? Sicer pa težko sledim, ker ne vem niti kako narediš domači puding, kakšen je okus in razlika z onim, verjetno iz vrečke. Nazadnje sem imela to v ustih nekje v osnovni šoli...

tko da meni je puding vsak dan na jedilniku, kot sladica...ja nekaj enostavnih OH in cukra pa telo mora dobiti...in razno suho sadje in se ne more kosati s pudingom.

Sajk, verjetno so mislile 10dag čokolado, torej 20dag naenkrat.
Kako pa lahko kdorkoli tok naenkrat poje, mi pa ni jasno.
