Te. Now Foods ima še močnejše, ampak možno, da se ne dobi pri nas.

^^ te ki si dala, no ne ravno teh (moje imajo, se mi zdi, višje vrednosti), ampak to znamko, imam trenutno jaz. Najbolj cheap varianta so tole in 100x boljše od vseh, ki se dobi pri nas. Sicer jaz rada menjujem, ne kupujem skozi istih.

O, Marija, kakšna embalaža.
Kje pa je sploh fora, da se jemlje tako visoke vrednosti? Itak se višek izloči, absorbira se samo določene količine, pa ne glede na odmerek.

Podgana, Fidimed izdelke imajo tudi v DM-u, če se ne motim. Vsaj včasih vem, da so jih imeli.

Anouk, kateri B12 uporabljaš (mogoče si že pisala, se pardoniram)?
Tale je kar ugoden, pa v metil obliki KLIK
Jemlješ še kaj zraven, čisto preventivno? Jaz nisem prej nič, no sicer sem še jedla mleko, jajca občasno 1.5 leti. Krvni izvidi od decembra
so perfektni, edino vitamin D si grem dat pogledat, ker sumim da mi manjka, saj sonca praktično ne vidim nekaj mesecev.

Saj B12 je skoraj vedno tudi v B-kompleksu. Se mi zdi bolj smiselno to jemati.

Ja, samo druge B vitamine načeloma dobiš dovolj ob polnovredni rastlinski prehrani...

Oni imajo še ene s 1000 mcg, kar je pomojem čisto dovolj. Pa še folna in B6 sta zraven. So pa dragi tu. Če je pa še poštnina pa sploh.

Ja, samo druge B vitamine načeloma dobiš dovolj ob polnovredni rastlinski prehrani...
Meni se vseeno ne zdi, da bi bili vegani kaj manj nagnjeni k pomanjkanju katerega koli od B-vitaminov, ker ji je ogromno tudi v živalskih proizvodih pa večinoma se (na žalost) bolje absorbirajo.

Podgana, tistih tablet je 90 in vzameš jo 1x na teden. Če preračunaš za kako dolgo jih imaš, potem je zelo ugodno...

Aha, nisem vedela, da samo enkrat na teden to jemlješ. Drugače sem mislila, da je ta dotična firma tu draga (pa še poštnina je tudi zelo draga).

B12 imam tale: KLIK (vzames 1x tedensko - ful ugodno, pa se za dolgo jih imas). Drugace pa kar dobim zraven se z uzivanjem z B12 obogatenega sojinega mleka/jogurta (sicer ne hudo pogosto, pa vseeno).
V jesensko-zimskih-pomladnih mesecih, ko ni nic sonca, jemljem se vitamin D - KLIK
Pa vsak dan en brazilski oresek za selen
V glavnem se ravnam po Gregerjevih priporocilih (Dr Greger iz NutritionFacts.org), ker se mi zdi se najboljsi vir informacij in je fajn razlozeno, kako, kaj in zakaj .

Ja, sem slisala Ampak nekako si niso cisto enotni, kaj je sploh boljse (detajle sem pozabila, tako da nimam kaj vec povedat na to temo zaenkrat). Se spravljam ze 100 let dat pregledat, ampak se nekako nikoli ne spomnim, ko sem v Slo. Imela sem se namen za neko prehransko studijo prijavit tukaj na NL, kjer zraven tudi vsake kvatre kri pregledajo, ampak mi je potem cisto uslo iz glave.

Jaz sem si pa šla pregledat vitamin D. Na Parmovi v LJ je laboratorij, kjer ti takoj vzamejo kri in dobiš izvide še isti dan - pričakujem jih danes popoldne po mailu.
Ni glih poceni špas (32.5€), ampak z zdravjem se ni za igrati. Jaz vse pozivam, da ste pozorni na vitamin D, saj iz hrane ga je praktično nemogoče dobiti dovolj,
sonca pa je sploh v Ljubljanski kotlini čez hladne mesece izjemno malo. Sem govorila z med. sestro in opaža, da ima ogromno ljudi pomanjkanje. O tem se ful premalo
govori, pomanjkanje ali nizki nivo vitD v krvi pa ima lahko resne posledice!
Jaz prav vsako zimo čutim pomanjkanje energije in utrujenost/zaspanost čez dan, čim se začne pomlad/poletje in s tem večje količine sonca, se počutim mnogo
bolje in sumim, da mi manjka.

Še takrat, ko je sonce, ga imamo premalo. Zadnjič je ena zdravnica govorila o tem. V bistvu je bila prav jezna Da bi morale ženske 10x več vitamina D jemati, ker je s pomanjkanjem povezan rak dojk, osteoporoza, demenca, depresija...

Evo, me občutek ni varal, imam 18.5 mcg/L, normalno pa je >30 mcg/L (sem se bala, da bo še manj).
Mami ima pa osteoporozo in sem jo hitro naterala, naj gre k zdravnici po napotnico (če ji bo hotla dat). Saj je menda
poleg kalcija en čas še jemala vit D, potem pa da ji je zdravnica rekla, da ni več treba. Za moje pojme nespameten
nasvet, saj če imaš slučajno premalo vitamina D pa se tega ne pogleda, ti jemanje kalcija ne pomaga kaj dosti. Bomo videli, kaj je na stvari.

Uf, žal ti ne znam odgovorit. Glede na to, da so trenutna priporočila precej prenizka (400 UI), bi jaz potem vzela vsaj 1000 UI tablete
pri Vitashine, glede na to da moje pomanjkanje spet ni prehudo. Za mami pa tud ne vem, poročam, kako se bo razpletlo.
