Ne, čisto iz firbca :) To pa vem, ja, da je bolj fama okoli chia in da so lanena nekoliko boljša in imajo več omega 3. Jih imam doma samo nimam nobene primerne naprave, da bi jih mlela. Napihnejo se pa tudi nerada.

Kupi mlincek za kavo, works like a charm ;) Dobis za 20e, tako da relativno hitro notri prineses razliko v investiciji. Jaz jih nameljem par zlic hkrati in jih potem hranim priblizno en teden v hladilniku v manjsi tupperware posodi za dnevno uporabo.

V glavnem v smoothije, jogurt, pa seveda peciva (mafine in piskote). Od glavnih jedi mi pa lepo pasejo k jedem iz ajdove kase.

Delam domače karamelne bombone in rabim koruzni sirup.

Je res, da ga lahko nadomestim sladkorjem stopljenim v vodi?

V maxi bom šla pogledat jutri, sem pa kar nadomestila s sladkornim sirupom (1 dcl vode na 100 g sladkorja)

V teh običajnih trgovinah ne, tudi Google mi ne dobi nič pametnega.

Sem kvinojine našla v ekooazi, ampak so drage.

 

Velikih školjk pri nas še nikjer nisem videla, jih vedno kupim v Italiji.
