Kakšne vaje imaš pa to za roke, da delaš 1h45min
Ne, ona nima žametnih oči in niti kodrov mehkih kakor svila,
če sneg je bel, ga v njenih nedrih ni in usta bi se od koral ločila.
Sem videl rože bele in rdeče, na njenih licih take ne cveto
in so dišave, ki so bolj dehteče, kot vonj, ki diha njeno ga telo.
Njen glas poslušam rad, četudi vem da zvoki strun prijetneje zvene,
kako boginje hodijo ne vem; ko ona hodi, stopa kot ljudje.
Pa vendar se mi zdi bolj očarljiva kot vse, ki pesem jih slavi lažniva.

Danes tudi fitnes (trebušne, hrbtne).

Pozna se pa neverjetno.
To je vse, kar delam za mišice in meni je dovolj, potem so pa še redne odprave v hrib(e), jahanje, tek trenutno stagnira, ker je enostavno premraz, sprehodi...redek je dan, da se ne premaknem.
No, danes je en tak, od ekrana mi bodo še oči zacvetele.
Ampak vaje grem pa vseeno zdajle narest, vmes bo pa GA zlovdan.

Približno na vsake dva dni naredim vaje za roke, trebuh in rit, kar mi skupno vzame mogoče 15 minut.
Pozna se pa neverjetno.
Katere vaje vse pa delaš?

za rit, gre na kolena in zadaj dvigam nogo, vsaka stran 30.
za roke pa 20 ženskih sklec in 20 dvigov ob postelji...na stranico. Če veš kako mislim. za te zadnje mišice roke.
