Ljudje imajo radi, da jim kaj poveš, v pravih količinah, v skromnem, zaupnem tonu, in mislijo, da te poznajo, ampak te ne poznajo, poznajo podatke o tebi, dobijo samo dejstva, ne občutkov, ne, kaj si misliš o čemer koli, ne, kako si zaradi stvari, ki so se ti zgodile ali si se odločil zanje, tak, kot si. Skutni štruklji (iz zmrzovalnika, da ne bo kdo mislil, da to med tednom delam) z omako iz sejtana, špargljev, korenja in paprike.

Kot rečeno v drugi rubriki: v ror sem dal nekaj gojenih špargljev, na 200 stopinj. Pleh sem obložil s peki papirjem, nalil malo olivnega olja, recimo jušno žlico. Nato sem dal nbekaj špargljev in jih premešal, da so se povaljali v olju. Zraven sem dal dva neolupljena stroka česna. V četrt ure so bili šparglji fertik. Zraven sem planiral lososa, in kaj hitro sem razmislil, da je ror že na delovni temepraturi, zato sem filet lepo položil in ga v četrt ure, mogoče kako minuto več lepo spekel. Masla nisem uporabil niti na špargljih niti na lososu. Sem si pa zraven namazal kos kruha z bio zeliščnim namazom od Hoferja. Če prav premislim, bi ga lahko dal namesto masla na lososa, ravno toliko, kolikor gre na vilico, da se lepo raztopi na ribi in ne teče naokoli. Obvezno zraven kozarec vina. Dober tek!

Spekel bom ene pol kile škombrov. Zraven bo solata. Opojna substanca v kozarcu.

V ror bom dal pol piščanca (vejica rožmarina in česen pašeta zraven). V ponev pa krompir, bučke in papriko, kakšen paradajzek tudi.

Naslednjih nekaj mesecev upam da ne kupiva nobene zelenjave iz trgovine vec.
