Bučko lahko surovo uporabiš tudi v solati - jo narežeš na tanke kolobarje, kot kumaro.

Meni te polnjene bučke zvenijo božansko, samo eno, malo glupo vprašanje mam



Režeš z nožem pa nalagaš na vilico. Samo komot pa lahko ješ z žlico, če ti je lažje.

Bučko lahko surovo uporabiš tudi v solati - jo narežeš na tanke kolobarje, kot kumaro.

Meni so bolj všeč na kolobarje, ker tak fino hrustajo. Pa ne začnejo tak obilno
spuščati vode.

Ena varianta je, da jih podušiš malo na čebuli, česnu, nato dodaš paradajzovo mezgo, kakšne začimbe, še malo dušiš (kolikor hočeš pač trde oz. mehke bučke) in to je to. Zraven pa paše kakšen pire krompir.

Alpa polnjene bucke - vecjo bucko prerezes na pol, izdolbes sredino in jo sesekljas. V ponvici poprazis sesekljano cebulo, vrzes cez mleto meso, prazis, dodas sesekljano notranjost bucke, prazis, solis, popras, das kere zacimbe so ti pac vsec, plus eno jajce za vezivo. Polovici bucke spodaj odrezes, da stojita ravno, das na pekac, napolnis z maso in das pect, kak pol ure, recimo 180 stopinj, ali kaj takega. Ko je peceno, vrzes cez se rezino sira in pustis se 5 minut, da se stopi in voila!

Jutri preiskusim še polnjene. Sem danes nabavila vse sestavine.

Bučke je treba pred peko fajn posolit in pustit, da spustijo vodo.
