Jaz sem spekla palačinkaste... ful ful lepi so! Škoda da jih ne morete videti ali še več poskusiti... ker ne samo da so lepi, kako so šele dobri!!

Mislila sem, da bojo kaj votli notr, pa niso nič, fajn masa ratala. Jaz sem dala pecilnega in še mlete mandelje, sam cukrala nisem dovolj... pa dobro.

Dons sem nardila od oetker čokoladne, dala notri pol črne lindtove čokolade, pa so bli prejšnjič boljši. Ko je bla masa za navadne, pa velik dobre čokolade not.

SESTAVINE

maščoba in moka za model
200 g malin (zvežih ali zamrznjenih)
120 g mehkega masla
120 g sladkorja
300 g kisle smetane
250 g moke
2 1/2 majhne žličke pecilnega praška
1/2 majhne žličke sode bikarbone
sladkor v prahu za posip
sol

PRIPRAVA

1) Pečico segrejemo na 180 stupinj C. Vdolbinice pekača za mafine namastimo in potresemo z moko ali pa vanje namestimo papirnate modelčke. Sveže maline preberemo, zamrznjene samo odmrznemo.
2) Penasto zmešamo maslo in sladkor. Primešamo kislo smetano. V posebni skledi zamešamo moko, pecilni prašek, sodo bikarbono in ščepec soli. To dodamo masleni mešanici in jo z metlico ali kuhalnico le toliko premešamo, da se vse sestavine navlažnijo.

3) S testom napolnimo vdolbinice v modelu za mafine, vendar ne več kot do treh četrtin. Na testo rasporedimo maline in jih rahlo potlačimo. Mafine pečemo v pečici na srednjem vodilu 20 do 25 minut, da postanejo zlato rjavi. Vzamemo jih iz pečice, pustimo počivati okoli 5 minut, nato jih vzamemo iz modela in ohladimo. Ob koncu jih še na tanko potresemo s sladkorjem v prahu

Kar ok, čeprav mene pri malinah obupno motijo koščičke.
Jem z veseljem samo tiste domače, naše, sveže ... v kakšni "predelavi" pa jih ne maram najbolj.

Jaz sem tud mal skeptična, ker ne maram preveč sadja v mafinih razen višenj in banan, ampak me ful mikajo, pomoje bi znale bit maline dobre. Pa mi je mal škoda svežih (no, mogoče če jih dobim v kakšnem Lidlu/Hoferju), bi dala raj zmrznjene. No, poročam, ko jih naredim, verjetno v soboto. biggrin.gif

Zmrznjene pa bi znale biti preveč zdrizaste, če veš, kaj mislim. -)
Bi se preveč umešale v maso in sploh ne bi bilo koščkov. Ali pa je moj pomislek napačen.

V muffine sem ze parkrat dala zmrznjene borovnice, na koncu vmesala v maso. Ampak je res potrebno paziti, da se jih ne da prevec, sicer so muffini premokri. Bolje kaksna borovnica premalo, kot kaksna prevec. : ) Za tisto klasicno velikost muffina, ki je trikrat za ugrizniti ----> 3 - 4 borovnice/muffin, malini bi bili pomoje dovolj dve vecji. : D

Odmrzovala predhodno ne bi kaj prevec, da sadje ne postane cunjasto.


Sicer sem pa jaz kuhar superamater, tako da je to superamatersko mnenje. : )

Jaz sem enkrat delala borovničeve pa so bili potem celi mafini zeleno modri. lol1.gif Men je pa boljše, da jih je malenkost več, da so bolj sočni. eat.gif

Imam eno vprašanje. Kupila sem to instant zadevo za Muffine, in je super, čokolada. In me zanima - če bi hotela imeti bananine - a dam kar koščke banane še zraven v maso? smile.gif

Ja! Pa ne preveč. Jaz sem dala enkrat preveč, pa so bili čisto pocasti, pa so samo skup padli,
ko sem jih vzela iz pečice.

Lemon Sesame Muffins

2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sesame seeds, toasted and tossed with1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon rind (from about five small lemons; squeeze for juice as well)
1 1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup oil
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla

Lemon Syrup
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon rind

Heat the oven to 375°F. Prepare a 12-cup muffin pan with liners or by greasing the cups. Mix the dry ingredients and the lemon rind. In a small bowl beat the milk, oil, egg and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and beat with a whisk just until smooth. Pour into the muffin cups and bake about 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick just comes out clean.

While baking, prepare the lemon syrup. Whisk the lemon juice and sugar together in a small saucepan and boil for about five minutes or until reduced and shiny. Remove from heat and stir in the teaspoon of lemon rind.

When the muffins come out of the oven, immediately poke a couple toothpick holes in each muffin and carefully drizzle the hot syrup over them. Let cool for about 20 minutes in the pan to let the syrup absorb.

Končno sem se spravila spečt muffine po dolgem času in sicer sem pogledala nekaj receptov in pol delala na pamet.

200g moke - polnozrnata in navadna in ostra
vanilin sladkor
pol pecilnega praška
40g rjavega sladkorja Demerara
200ml čokoladnega sojinega mleka
1 velika banana
nutella

Vse razen nutelle sem zmešala skupaj, vlila v modelčke in dodala še nutello.
Mase je ratalo zelo malo, zato je prišlo le 9 manjših muffinov. Jih nisem še probala, drugim pa so dobri. smile.gif
