Jaz sem gledala v HM, ampak so imeli samo še ogabne barve normalnih številk, in so izgledali res disco-češko. Sem tudi na lovom za novim, je stari že oddelal svoje. Brez pa ni varjante, da grem, še na kolesu je problem, če grem po neasfaltiranih poteh.

Ma tudi tam so dragi, vsaj meni no. Jaz sem kupila enega v Hoferju, nekaj časa nazaj ko so imeli neko tako akcijo in mi je čisto okej. Še enega od H&M bom vzela, pa bo.

Ok, že prvi problemi. :D

Torej - hrana. Zjutraj grem laufat na tešče, prelaufam tiste 3 km, ki sem si jih zadala (brez težav), potem pa kakšni
2uri po teku pade energija, sem brez volje, zaspana .... in problem je hrana. Namreč jaz zjutraj skoraj ne morem jesti,
kakšen smoothie ali jagode, nič 'konkretnega'. Zdaj brat mi pravi, da naj si nabavim kosmiče pa whey, pa zjutraj to zmešam
in pojem po teku.

Kaj jeste po teku? (če greste na tešče)

Jaz kosmiče in jogurt. Če dodam navadni jogurt, dam še malo medu. Drugače sem pa jaz navajena zjutraj jest in mi po teku vedno ful paše. Drugače bi pa si tudi jaz kakšne proteinčke omislila... Ne vem pa kok je to kul hrana po teku.

Joj zakaj hodiš na tešče? :( Ok no če tebi tak ustreza potem ok. Jaz tudi treniran zjutraj, ampak ni šans da na tešče, omedlim.
Jaz pred treningom najraje jem home made muslije z riževim mlekom, ali pa s kakim sojinim jogurtom. Ali sadje na koščke zrezano + skuto, cottage cheese, itd, kako banano - to me najdlje drži gor.

Za po teku je whey super (kosmiči malo manj, če misliš one trgovinske, če ne pa kaki ovseni in to so kul). Lahko tudi kako skuto, cottage cheese s sadjem, kot sem zgoraj napisala. Mocarelo in jajca (ampak tega ne ješ, ane, zato odpade),

Najprej grem po kosmiče, pa dala bom še malo sadja noter. Pa mogoče ta whey, v najslabšem primeru ga potem njemu prodam.

Hvala za odgovore. Res, prav uničena sem, kar spat bi šla. :(


Sarah - ker grem ob 7h zjutraj, ni šans da prej jem.


Bom vzela kosmiče, pa sadje za začetek.

Mocarelo jem, jajc pa raje ne bi (čeprav jih še nisem izključila iz prehrane).

Jaz ne jem, če grem tja do 5 km. Ali pa če že, mi je banana čist dovolj. Po tem pa normalen zajtrk.

Če grem na daljšo turo, jem ovsene kosmiče, ki jih prelijem z malo vrele vode, pa za vzorec jogurta čez, da ima vsaj malo okusa.

Pri meni tudi ni variante, da bi na zgodaj zjutraj in/ali na tešče športala, sicer mi zjutraj še najbolj paše sadje/smoothie oz. kuhana prosena kaša/ovseni kosmiči s sadjem (pretežno pozimi). Še največkrat sem fizično aktivna proti večeru, mi bolj odgovarja tako (plus spravim dozo stresa iz sistema pred spanjem, počakam, da se malo ohladim, sledi tuš, solata, branje, spat - taka luštna rutina ;)).

Ja tudi npr samo ena banana pred je čisto okej, te super gor drži :) Ampak če ne gre, ne gre, razumem. Zato pa moraš energijo za ziher povrnit po teku, če ne se boš kot štraca, logično.

Jaz tudi, če vstanem ob 5h jem prvič šele po osmi uri, sicer bi bruhala. Ampak te ovsene še kar nekako obdržim v želodcu, brez kake škode.
