Eh malo cebule in korenja od bolonjske sem dala na stran, zraven bom popekla koscke piscanca,ki sem ga tudi zrezala za v skrinjo, pa treh vrst paprike bom narezala, dodala zacimbe in paradiznikovo mezgo in pokuhala. Nimam nekega recepta, ponavadi kaj takega delam samo zase, ce slucajno ni dobro 😁

Krompir sem narezala, zacinila in vrgla v pecico, miz bo pa spekel perutnicke na zaru.

Pa v carbonaro ne gre smetana

v original recept vem da ne. Ampak eni delajo s smetano, drugi pa z jajcem. 

Meni je s smetano zelo dobra, tudi če je samo ponaredek carbonare :D

veganska smetana, namesto jajc nič. Parmezan. Namesto šunke/slanine sem imela pa Rajko od vegesneka.
Receptov takih in drugačnih za karbonaro je mnogo. So pa večinoma vsi tako mastni, obrok kar zabije :o

Oh, saj res, Rajko! Tega pa že sto let nisem jedla. Se zdaj dobi v kakšni fizični trgovini al je še vedno samo preko spleta? 🤔

Mi delamo po receptu JO in mi je taka kot v italiji, kljub temu, da je glupo,ker pri nas ne dobis guancale v nobeni mesnici 😐, niti nas spar ne drzi unih predpripravljenih.

Danes po dolgem času spet tortilje in nadev s piščancem ter zelenjavo. Za zraven sem nama v Hoferju kupila neko posebno pivo, upam da bo dobro, haha.
