Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.

Ja, posušeno (one, ki so ponavadi po 2 fkup pakirane v epruvetah). Ja, izdolbem tisto mehko vsebino. Jaz sem enkrat dala kar 2 v eno limonino pecivo, pa skoraj nič čutila nisem. :s

Jaz sem jih tudi mogla pečt, ste me premamile, prasičke.


Dodala sem še suhe brusnice in malo cimeta, in so slastni, ful sočni.

Tistih kičastih roza pa nisem našla.

Ja, toti so dobri.
Jaz sem pa včeraj pri damjanu vidla, je delal muffinčke iz mase za palačinke!
Isto no kot da bi palačinke hotu pečt, sam da je potem to maso prelil v model za muffine.
Ni pa dodal pecilnega praška...zato ne vem kako je stvar narastla, najbrž so tud jajca zadost.
In nažalost nisem vidla končnega rezultata peke, pa ne zato, ker ne bi gledala, ampak bumbarja jih na koncu sploh nista pokazala!!! Sta bila preveč zaposlena s pokušanjem ostalih specialitet!

Je pekla že katera muffine brez jajc? S čim se jih da nadomestit? Uni prašek, ki se ga dobi po trgovinah odpade. Jaz bi kako drugo živilo.
jaz jih delam brez jajc

Mafini z bananami in mandlji (ali z jabolki in orehi) - 12 mafinov
Suhe sestavine:
190 g večnamenske moke
60 g polnozrnate moke
1 (4,6g) žlička pecilnega praška
1/2 žličke soli
1 žlička cimeta
Zmešaj z žlico, daj na stran.
V drugo posodi zmešaj:
2 jedilni žlici (30 g) zmletih lanenih semen (dobi se že zmlete, doma pa se jih najlažje zmelje v mlinčku za kavo)
6 žlic (90 ml) vode
125 g jabolčnika
80 ml olja
100 g sladkorja
1 žlička ekstrakta vanilije
Pečico ogrej na 180 stopinj. Mokre sestavine primešaj suhim, nato vmešaj še 2 na kocke narezani banani (~200g) in 60-120 g mandeljev. Peci približno 20 minut.
Peanutbutter muffins
2/3 cup soymilk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp flax seeds
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Preheat your oven to 175°C.
Combine soymilk and vinegar, let sit for a few minutes, then whisk vigorously until frothy. Mix with sugar.
Grind the flax seeds with coffe grinder, and whiz them together with water.
Mix the soymilk mixture, flaxseed paste, pranut butter, applesauce and vanilla together.
In a separate bowl, combine all other ingredients. Slowly stir the dry ingredients into the batter. Do not overmix.
Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake for about 15 minutes.
(adopted and slightly changed recipe from Hannah Kaminsky's My Sweet Vegan)
*1 cup = 240 ml
Čokoladni mafini
1 ½ skodelice moke
1/3 skodelice kakava v prahu
1 žlička pecilnega praška
1 skodelica sladkorja, limonina lupinica, zmleta vanilija (vanilin sladkor)
½ skodelice olja (sončnično/olivno)
½ skodelice ananasovega/višnjevega soka
½ skodelice vode/sojinega/…/mleka (lahko daš tud sok, sam pol dej raj mal manj cukra

Zmešaj moko s kakavom in pecilnim. V večji posodi zmešaj preostale sestavine, vmešaj »suhe«. Preden vliješ v pekač, vmešaj še 2 žlici kisa (zaradi pecilnega …). Peci ~15-20 min na 180°C
