Vitamin C se kopiči, ampak v (ful) manjših količinah. Vem, da železo ni vitamin, napisala sem, da se kopičita tudi vitamin C, kot železo.
Za vitamin C to ne drži klik, železo pa se skladišči vezano na feritin klik

2X letno kura s Fitovalom, super zadovoljna vsakič.
Drugače pa B kompleks ali pa kaki drugi "hair" vitamini, meni je pomembno da ima MSM in dovolj Biotina (večina jih nima). Trenutno imam te, ampak jih imam prvič:

NP. Pa naj naroča iz tujine, ker pri nas čisto nič nima zadostnih vrednosti. Lahko tudi samo biotin, posamično.

Nimam neke striktne znamke, kateri bi bila zvesta, malo menjujem. Ko to porabim, bom pomoje nabavila samo čisti biotin + B kompleks posebej.

Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.

Absorbcijo B12 lahko poslabšajo določena zdravila, sicer pa če imaš normalno delujoča prebavila, ne bo težav.
Ni tako pomembno, ali se ga vzame z ali brez hrane.

Jaz ti kaj več ne znam povedati, ga pa vzamem zjutraj. Imam take tablete z okusom maline, jih pocuzam.

Aha, okej, ni posebnega protokola.
Ena kolegica mi je rekla, da lahko zafrknem, če ga ne jemljem pravilno, ker potem naj ne bi imel učinka, če se ga napačno kombinira.
Edino to sem še nekje zasledila, da je bolje uživati vitaminske dodatke dopoldan oziroma čez dan, minerale pa proti večeru.
(ne vem zakaj, samo ta podatek je bil)
Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.

Jaz tudi nic ne vem o kaksnem posebnem kombiniranju B12 (kontra kot pri npr. zelezu) - sama imam ene za pod jezik nastavljene zraven zobne scetke in jih zjutraj jemljem. Pac toliko glej, da si naredis neko rutino, pa upostevaj navodila (vecino je treba pod jezikom raztopit, ker se najbolje absorbira/difuzira skozi tisto sluznico menda).

Yes, it can happen so quickly. Life as we know it can change in a blink of an eye. Unlikely friendships can blossom, important careers can be tossed aside, a long lost hope can be rekindled. Still, we should be grateful for whatever changes life throws at us. Because all too soon, the day will come when there are no changes left.
