Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.

Krompirjevi svaljki na maslenih drobtinah, popecen tofu s sampinjoni, papriko, buckami in korenjem. Zraven pa regratova solata z jajci.

Mi smo riz s piscancem, brokolijem, ciceriko in korenjem, z mozem vsak se zlico pesta, za solato pa kumaro in cesnjev paradiznik.

Matilda, fajn je ratal! Ni pa veganski.
Dala sem 1/2 polnozrnatega vlečenega testa, stopila maslo in vanj kanila 2 kapljici jedilnega eteričnega olja pomaranče, ker nimam bio pomarančne lupinice, 1/2 hoferjevega tofuja, 2 stroka česna, 3 kocke zamrznjene eurospin špinače (meni je najboljša), 1 cottage sir, 1 kislo smetano in 1 jajce. Testo kar malo po hipijevsko natrgam in nalagam v okrogel pekač plast testa in plast file, 2x ponovim. Na cca 190 stopinj sem pekla 45 min. Božansko pride. Moram sprobat še enkrat z mlečnimi nadomestki, da vidim, kak je potem okus, zdaj mi je ratala še skoraj bolj okusna, kot pita zeljanica iz Čada.

Jaz sem si zadnjič naredila ful okusno omako za testenine - prepražila sem česen, prelila s paradižnikovo omako, dodala origano ter primešala čičeriko in skuhano rdečo lečo. Enostavno in okusno.

Slednje delam po navdihu. Veliko čebule prepražene in česna, dodam korenje, papriko, lečo (suho), mezgo, pa začimbno mešanico za golaž.

Včeraj pa sem preizkusila recept od Ore. Sem naredila kozice s porom in šparglji. Zraven sem skuhala kvinojo. Zelo okusno. Še enkrat hvala za recept/idejo! 🙂
