Narezem na koscke in popecem na olivnem olju ter dodam v miks s kvinojo. Ali pa spaniram in ocvrem. Ampak mi je prva opcija ljubša.Kako pripravljate čajoto?

Je delala katera čokoladno pannacoto? Vidim da so eni recepti kar z čokolado v prahu, drugi pa naribano čokolado. Kaj je boljše oz. ali je dejansko razlika v okusu?

Kupila sem koromac. Prvic. Kaj se da pripravit iz njega oz kako ga uporabit?
Jaz sem ga tudi prvič v življenju pripravila. Naredila sem koromačev pire: pokuhala sem koromač in krompir v koščkih v razmerju 1:1, odlila odvečno vodi in zmiksala z ovsenim mlekom, česnom, soljo in peteršiljem. Meni je dobro. Mislim, da bi fajn izpadlo tudi v juhi.

Jaz je nisem. Sem opazila nekaj temnih zrn, ampak recimo 2 zrni na 200g čičerike, nisem ven pobrala.
Je pa neka ultra stara iz shrambe, in je bila po 1,5 dnevnem namakanju in 2 urnem kuhanju še vedno trda, tako da... Nič od pričakovanega ultra smooth humusa. Pa s tako ljubeznijo sem se ga lotila.  ![]()
Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.
