Šampinjonom odtrgaš stebla, jih obrnš na glavo,
v luknjice previdno nakapljaš po 1 kapljico olja v vsako gobo, v vsako tud čist mal fjst na drobno nasekljanga česna, čez vse potresš mal popra in soli
in jih napolnš z na kocke narezanim sirom. Gorgonzola / feta / kak jošt.
Pol daš v pečico na 180 za 10 minut.
Sir se raztopi, gobe se lepo spečejo in zmehčajo, spustijo sok.
Men je to ful dobr, pa hit se nrdi.
Špargljevo juho sm nrdila tko, da sm zlo na hitr, kake 3 min. pražla čebulo,
potem dodala por in korenčk, pražla 5 min., dodala nasesekljane šparglje,
takoj zalila z vodo,kuhala 10 min. in na konc s paličnim zmiksala. Jz sm ta starima dans v pečici popekla še krompir v kosih in zadnjih 10 minut peke dodala narezano bučko, korenje, paradajz, čebulo.

Nekaj na hitro spacanega in noro dobrega:
zavitek listnatega testa
eno jajce
sol
makova, sončnična, bučna / bilokakšna semena
nariban sir
Testo "odviješ" in ga premažeš s stepenim jajcem, posoliš (kar precej), potreseš s semeni in sirom, pečeš 10-15 min na 180°, bašeš.

Ne, ona nima žametnih oči in niti kodrov mehkih kakor svila,
če sneg je bel, ga v njenih nedrih ni in usta bi se od koral ločila.
Sem videl rože bele in rdeče, na njenih licih take ne cveto
in so dišave, ki so bolj dehteče, kot vonj, ki diha njeno ga telo.
Njen glas poslušam rad, četudi vem da zvoki strun prijetneje zvene,
kako boginje hodijo ne vem; ko ona hodi, stopa kot ljudje.
Pa vendar se mi zdi bolj očarljiva kot vse, ki pesem jih slavi lažniva.

Meni so reini šampinjoni všeč, bom jutri delala to, moram gobe porabit.

olupljen, posoljen in popopran avokado, 2 sveži figi, kislo smetano sem zmešala v skodeli, povrh pa natresla še popečen Olimski sir.
men je super pa full nasitno.

Piščančji file (verjetno lahko date tudi druge dele piščanca, če so vam ljubši) solimo in popramo po okusu. Dodamo nasesekljan česen, obilico masla, svež petršilj, meto in na kolesca narezano limono. Jaz sem potem dala še malo masla na limono.

Zavijemo v folijo in pečemo pol ure na 195° oz. odvisno od pečice.
Ta-daaam!

V vsakem primeru, kok stopinj pri kateri

Baje je fora, da je pri ventilatorju več stopinj, tako da če maš električno dej na 180°C pa vmes mal poglej.
