Midva imava oboje, en lonec z luknjami na dnu (soparnik) pa vlozek z luknjicami, ki se razpre in prilagodi premeru posode - nekaj takega:
Kupila sva ga v eni trgovini s kuhinjskimi pripomocki za par eur, ampak ga itak ne uporabljava kaj dosti, mi je lazje lonec oprat kot se s tem vstavkom bockat.
Drugace pa v lonec 1 cm vode in pokrovko gor, pa je tudi ok

Ta recept sem ponavadi uporabila za biskvit premera 24 cm, za biskvit 20 cm sem dala 1 jajce manj in ustrezno manj moke ter sladkorja, ostalo pustila nespremenjeno.
Ima kdo občutek, kako je s 30 cm biskvitom? Sem mislila narediti iz sedmih jajc, ustrezno povečati količino moke in sladkorja kot tudi olja in vode.

Mislim, da rabis vse malo modificirat. Ajdovi zganci z repo v smetanovi omaki (ali pa z gobovo juho, lahko tudi iz vrecke, jbg) bi recimo tudi sli skozi.

Čeprav, omaka iz domačih jurčkov ob ajdovi kaši bi čisto šlo skozi prodat kot tipično slovensko, tnx.

No, ja, tako hudo pa spet ni ... Imaš ajdove ali krompirjeve žgance, matevža, idrijske žlikrove s krompirjevim nadevom, pražen krompir, različne štruklje (orehove, pehtranove, fižolove), kislo zelje (tudi tradicionalna jota je brez mesa), ričet, repo, mlince, močnik ... Kakšno enolončnico/mineštro tudi komot prodaš kot slovensko jed.
