Jaz jo vcasih vmesam v testenine, riz, solate ali pac naredim omako, se kaksne ideje?
Yes, it can happen so quickly. Life as we know it can change in a blink of an eye. Unlikely friendships can blossom, important careers can be tossed aside, a long lost hope can be rekindled. Still, we should be grateful for whatever changes life throws at us. Because all too soon, the day will come when there are no changes left.

Največkrat s krompirjem kot priloga ali v testeninah, sem pa tudi že delala špinačni quiche

Najprej samo na kokosovi mascobi podusim da pade dol pol pa fliknem cez jajca z lanenimi semeni. Ij dobis vmesana jajca s spinaco.

Delam pa jaz vedno iz sveze spinace, mlade. Tako da jo jem tudi v solati, svezo, zraven si dam karkoli imam. Kot namesto mesane solate.

A EUFIC spokeswoman confirmed the news to The Independent: "We have recently removed this content from our website as the information was out of date and no long reflected the current recommendations from European authorities, whom do not advise against reheating spinach provided proper storage and reheating practices are followed.
"Provided proper cooling, storage and reheating takes place, it is fine to reheat spinach."
She cited an academic paper on the subject, Nitrate and nitrite in the diet: how to assess their benefit and risk for human health, and the European Food Safety Authority’s opinion, which dates from 2010.

Tudi jaz posušen kruh porabim za kruhove rezine/cmoke. Planet, si me spomnila na to, da imam res rada krutone na tak način, kot jih pripravljaš ti. Jih naredim ob prvi priliki

Če je primeren kruh (črn hlebec npr.) in še ne čisto suh, zamrznem rezine kruha in porabim kot prilogo k juhi (popečem kockice z olivnim oljem v pečici).
Ali pa posušim do konca in dam sosedu za živali, ja.
Isto delam jaz, ker sta moji punci nori na jušne kroglice. Odkar delam te krutone, jih ne pogrešata več, pa še bolj zdravo je, ker ni ocvrto. Jaz jih maznem kr tako suhe, namesto čipsa
