Na fitnes bom hodila 6x na teden, vsak dan ob 9h dopoldne, imam pa sestavljen program iz krepitvenih vaj za mišice in kardia. Cca. 1.5-2 uri na dan.

Upam, da bom do poletja spet lepa in čvrsta, ker sem se čez zimo malce poredila in polenila.
