Ne, ni bil neka trlica, ampak bajson pa tudi ne.. kake 4 kile preveč je imel. Zdej je pa prav suhec.

Aja, prišla sem do novega sklepa - od danes naprej nič hrane po 17h! Pa res čisto nič čokolade, ker mi čisto zapacka kožo (vse tiste, ki se lahko bašete z njo in vam nič ne vpliva na kožo ste svinje!

Aja, prišla sem do novega sklepa - od danes naprej nič hrane po 17h!
Zakaj pa to?

Spat boš šla lačna&zbudila se boš še bolj lačna, shujšala pa tako ne boš nikoli. Mogoče bi bilo bolje, če bi večerjala okoli 9ih, ampak nekaj lahkega in pretežno beljakovinskega (solata in piščančji file npr.). Tako bodo imele mišice dovolj kvalitetne hrane čez celo noč in se bodo uspešno regenerirale

Sem pa zadnjič slišala eno pupo, ki je govorila kako ne je po 18i. In je razlagala kako se je 5 minut do 18. basala s torto, ker ni šans, da bi ona jedla po 18i

Edit. Takole na hitro zračunano, si s tem ko ne ješ po 17i uri 15 ur brez hrane (če, npr vstaneš ob 8ih in zajtrkuješ). Finta hujšanja je pa v majhnih obrokih, razporejenih čez cel dan. In potem telo tisti zajtrk shrani direkt v vamp&boke&stegna...

Mogoče bi blo najbolš, če si pogledaš kakšen specializiran forum preden se podaš v to. Da ne bo potem prišlo do kakšnega nezaželjenega učinka. Tam piše vse kar rabiš vedeti in še več pa tud ogromno enih receptov se najde(okusnih, se razume
