O njamsi, fajn se bere.
Na cvetke natrgana cvetača, brokoli, na kolobarje narezan sladki krompir in korenje - pokapano s sezamovim oljem, pečeno v pečici.
Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.

Taveliko kantico fizola (pol kg), malo kantico cicerike. Obojega sem nekaj odvzela in pustila nezmiksano. Pa ogromni testenin, ki sem jih skuhala posebej.

Pa se ti testenine pol ne napijejo ful in ratajo take pocaste, ce pustis en cas stat?
Se rade ce jih pustis stat v kaksni omaki. Odvisno seveda tudi katere vrste testenin, ce kuhas vecjo kolicino skuhaj al dente in so tudi kasneje ok.

Testenine lahko skuhaš tudi tako, da jih pustiš vreti pet minut, potem pa stati naslednjih deset. Časi so seveda odvisni od minutaže kuhanja. sorazmerno se ve.
Danes kuham: brancinov file s špageti. Zraven spada ščepec peperončina za okus. Iz kosti in glave taistega brancina bom skuhal juho. Notri bo še malo korenčka in riža. Za solato bo radič z zabelo iz olivnega olja, limone in malo soli. Mogoče še kaplja balzamičnega kisa. Ni šans, da ne bi bilo nadvse okusno. Splaknil bom s kozarcem, na misel mi je prišel šampanjec. Dolgo je tega, kar sem ga nazadnje pil.
