Kar se pa tiče vanilijevega sladoleda z bučnim oljem, je pa res, kar pravi PurePosion. Ni slabo. Vsi seveda skoraj bruhajo, ko slišijo to kombinacijo, ampak zadeva zelo zanimivo izpade - bučno olje dobi okus po pistaciji, vsaj meni.

Ima katera kak preverjeno dober recept za pecivo (rolade in torte izključene), kjer bi lahko uporabila nektarine?
Vem, da lahko posurfam za recepti, ampak me prej zanima, če morda katera ve iz lastnih izkušenj za kakšen bombastičen recept. Bi malo pekla... Danke.

Potrebuješ proseno kašo, mleko, maslo, rjavi sladkor ali javorjev sirup, sveže sadje ali kompot in muslije.
Proseno kašo najprej dobro oplakneš pod mrzlo vodo (dokler ne odteka čisto bistra voda), potem pa skuhaš v mleku, ki si mu predhodno dodala košček masla, ščepec soli in rjavi sladkor/javorjev sirup po okusu. Kuhaš približno 20 minut, s tem da zadnjih 5 minut dodaš še nekaj žlic muslijev. Ko je to kuhano (naj bo neka srednja gostota, ne pretekoče, ampak tudi ne preveč skup zbito) probaj in po potrebi dosladkaj, potem pa vliješ v pekač, ki si ga predhodno namazala z maslom. Po vrhu nadevaš sveže sadje ali sadje iz kompota in ga še za kak centi ali dva notr pogrezneš. Če imaš kompot, daš zraven še malenkost soka od kompota (ne preveč, da ne bo vodeno), če pa je sveže sadje, ga pokapaš z limono in mogoče dodaš povrhu še malo cimeta in rjavega sladkorja. Pečeš na 170-180 stopinjah ene 20 minut.
Mogoče se ne sliši glih njam, ampak meni je blo noro dobro, mogoče tudi zato, ker od sošolke mama to dosti dela in ima v nulo naštudirana razmerja med sestavinami. Jaz sem bla takrat povabljena na kosilo in čeprav je blo ful stvari, sem jaz žrla samo to, ko ena budala sem se basala tam.

A tega očitno ne bom pekla danes, niti jutri, ker nimam vseh sestavin (sploh javorjev sirup pa zdaj nujno moram imet, se mi ga sicer že dlje cajta lušta). Bom naslednji teden.Me pa zanima še nekaj - kakšne muslije moram imet?

Še nekaj zanima - koliko prosene kaše in mleka (ostalo itak dam po občutku) pa sploh treba za neko normalno količino (beri 4 povprečne jedce)?
