Pasta alla Puttanesca meaning "Pasta in the way a whore would make it"
Izvira iz Neaplja, osnovna omaka pa je iz: česna, pekočih papričic, inčunov, kaper, črnih oliv, in paradižnika, ter na koncu še svež peteršilj ali bazilika.
Tradicionalno se ta omaka je s špageti in brez parmezana.

PASTA:
1. Unleavened dough, made of wheat flour, water, and sometimes eggs, that is molded into any of a variety of shapes and boiled.
2. A prepared dish containing pasta as its main ingredient.

Tole sem nama s fantom zadnjič pripravila, zelo hitro, enostavno in predvsem dobro:
Iz zmrzovalnika sem vzela svaljke (lahko so kupljeni ali pa domači - v najinem primeru so bili domači), skuhala in malo popekla na Becelu.
Na olivnem olju sem popražila eno čebulo, dodala malo gobic (narezani šampinjoni), nato čez kakšnih 5 do 10 minut dodala še na koščke narezano puranje meso. Začinila z začimbami (sol, poper, bazilika, peteršilj). Ko se je to fino popeklo, sem vzela vse ven in v to ponev vlila vodo (v kateri je bilo malo umešane moke), potem pa še notri naribani sir (edamec, pa neki rahlo pikanten sir s papriko). Ko je to ratalo lepo gosto in "vlečljivo", sem noter vsipala meso in še malo pogrela. Za solato sva pa imela koruzo s soljo in poprom ter bučnim oljem. Jako okusno in predvsem hitro!

Sveže šampinjone sem imela. Vode pa sem dala 2 deci, lahko pa daš seveda več, odvisno, klko omake hočeš nardit. Moke pa sem dala v ta 2 deci okoli 2 mali žlički. Jaz to delam bolj "po občutku".

V slan krop das kuhat njoke - so kuhani, ko priplavajo na vrh, to je ponavadi 5 minut, vmes pa v eno kozico vlijes sladko smetano in med gretjem das noter na tanke rezine narezano gorgonzolo (js kupim slovenako - bivazola al neki podobnega, cenejsa, okus pa skor isti) in grejes dokler se vse stopi, prelijes cez njoke in eto. Men je to ful dobro, sladke smetane se da pac odvisno od tega kk mocen okus po gorgonzoli mate radi. Dober tek.

Dons sm spet isto jedla, jutr pa pomojm tud, sam kalčkov mi je zmankal, tofu morm nekak porabt, pa se morm spomnt kako nej ga nrdim/čim manj dela?
Zdj ko si omenla sojino omakco, koki, tud jz sm dala mal sojine omakce not ampak ne med kuhanjem ampak pol na krožnik!
Pa un wurze, dodatek jedem (v tekoči obliki, tko pokapaš ga kot sojino omakco, je tud fajn. To se dodaja juham pa tko, sam jz ga mam full rada, ga mamo skoz. Full je dober, jaz ga povsod pomalm dodajam! )

Ej... jaz tega nisem se nikoli pocela.


Sojino omako sem pa usput pograbila, ker kaj pa vem, da ni drugace presuho, ane. Za zacimbe se pa tud ne bojim...neki bo ze ratalo.
