Spar Premium je res nadstandarden čips, najboljši. Ni premasten, ni preslan, popoln je, 10/10. Edino dražji, tako da si ga le redko privoščim.

Meni je super pripravljen krompir v pečici:

- narežem ga na kose, in dam zraven če na velike kose narezano čebulo, polijem z olivnim oljem, posujem z zelišči, in dam v pečico (cca 45 minut)

Vmes 2 krat ali 3 krat pomešam. woot.gif



Dobrodošle tudi slike vaše priprave krompirja. smile.gif

POTATO WEDGES

krompir sem oprala (nisem lupila), ga narezala na krhlje, ga dala v pekač. Posebej sem stopila maslo, dodala peteršilj (posušen), ter česen v prahu, vsak krhelj namazala s tem, malo poprala, ter pekla eno uro na 200 stopinj.

Mi rečemo restan, ampak ok. To je krompir, ki se pripravi na čebuli in ocvirkih. Tak je tradicionalno. Najbrž pa ga večina dela na čebuli in maslu.

Jaz najbolj sovražim to, da sem mladega krompirja ne lupi. verymad.gif verymad.gif

Reče se TENSTAN ali RENSTAN krompir (narečno).


To je krompir, ki ga skuhaš, narežeš na majhne koščke, nato ga pocvreš na čebuli in MASTI (mislim, da je takšen originalen recept).

Seveda lahko uporabiš maslo ali kaj drugega.

Ančka, pri nas doma je TENSTAN, pri fantu v Savinjski dolini je pa RESTAN ali RENSTAN.

Google pa najde največ slik če vpišemo tenstan krompir. Za restanega tudi kar nekaj, za testanega pa skoraj nič.

To društvo ima tudi vsako leto prireditev, kjer različni kuharji delajo samo pražen krompir.


Meni je pražen najboljši. Potem pečen in nato pire z mlekom in malo kisle smetane njam.gif


En kmet tu v bližini je dal svojima hčerkama ime Vesna in Romana laugh.gif Smo se hecali, da če bi imel sina zihr ne bi bil Igor ampak Kenebek laugh.gif

Kinky worthy1.gif Predlagam, da se da ta izjemen prispevek kar v prvi post.

Pečen, tenstan, pomfri, krompirjeva solata, pečen v žerjavici, razne zloženke, u name it. Pire mi je tud dober, ni pa moj priljubljen.

Tenstan je pomoje moja najljubša jed. laugh.gif Jaz ga naredim z veliko čebule, vmes zalijem še z malo goveje juhe, da se dobr potensta, potem pa pustim, da se mal zapeče. Skorjica njam.gif! Na koncu dodam še nasesekljan svež peteršilj. wub.gif Nadbožanski mi je še od babic, seveda (ena ga dela z ocvirki cool.gif ).

Samo opozorilo: pazite, da ne date PREVEČ pomaranče (skorje), ker hitro dominira nad drugimi okusi.

Drugače pa tudi sama priporočam. thumbup.gif
