Sem pa tud sama mela problem z eno guessovo uro za takrat 25.000 tolarjev kar ni bilo malo, ker se je na usnjenem paščku barva zgulila po ene 5ih nošenjih. Pa so mi tam rekli, da to je modni dodatek, ne pa za vsakodnevno nošenje O_o in da garancija seveda ne velja, nov pašček pa v vrednosti pol ure. Sem pol zahtevala šefico pa mal z uradom za potrošnike zatežila in so mi zamenjali brezplačno, ampak se je po 5ih nošenjih spet naredilo isto. Tko da sem nad usnjenimi paščki, še posebej, če niso črni, obupala.

Špela, ura je ok. 250, prstan pa 45, če se ne motim.

V resnici je zgleda še huje. Sem si rekel ok, ziher je čuden vir in ima ona spletna trgovina kake svoje fore ... in šel na tovarniško spletno stran.
In našel tole:
Opazi/te pomanjkanje presledka med "purchase" in "Sign". To je že v originalu, je copy-paste. Nekako zgleda hecno od fabrke, ki prodaja precizne reči ...

Žalostno.
Malo sem se še razgledal, po nekoliko bolj down-to-earth firmi Oris, ki je znana po dobrem price-performance razmerju. Njihove mehanske ure stanejo tipično 1.5k-2.5k€. Dajejo dveletno garancijo, ki je očitno kar lepo v navadi. Tiste tvoje doživljenjske garancije so - če kje - z verjetno čisto drugimi price tagi, več deset tisoč € in več. Sklepam.
No, tako uro (specifično pišem za Oris, verjetno pa velja za vse mehanske ure) je potrebno na tri do pet let servisirati. To je poslati na pooblaščen servis, kjer jo razstavijo na prafaktorje, pregledajo, namažejo ... In nato na ta servis Oris da leto garancije. Drugod je verjetno podobno. Cena servisa je odvisna od mehanizma in se vrti običajno med 200-300$, če je znamka bolj eksotična, je pa reč gotovo še precej dražja.
Glede na to, da so redke ure s certifikatom točnosti (Breitling), ki jamčijo, da se točnost približa kvarčnim uram ... je treba rečt, da so slednje v določeni prednosti. Je pa res, da so dosti, dosti manj fancy.
