Ali katera pozna HERBIOTIC ? ... očitno že FB ve, da imam jaz skoz neke probleme in vnetja ali z mehurjem ali "tam doli" in mi ga dnevno predlaga.
Bi bila hvaležna za info, če to lahko kako pomaga pri celi zadevi.

V teoriji lahko. V neko blazno prakso s tem jaz ne verjamem... Ne bom rekla, da ni možno, ampak neke tople vode tukaj ne bo...
V praksi pa moraš ti poskrbeti za vaginalno floro...to pa najlažje narediš z raznimi vaginaletami (npr Vagisan, ki je samo mlečna kislina in ti jih predpiše G) in pa ustrezno higieno, da ni prenosa E.coli "od zadaj" k "spredaj". Za vnetja mehurja pa nisem pravi naslov (ravno zadnjič sem letela ob 22h na urgenco, ker se mi je v 3 urah razvil tak uroinfekt, da nisem mogla stati pokonci...).

Je že katera poskusila intermittent fasting (16-8). Zanima me kako se vam je obneslo in kaj si mislite o tem?

Jaz sem to prakticirala, ko sem bila na LCHF dieti. Tudi daljše poste. Sem čutila lakoto, ampak je občutek minil. Se pa še zdaj držim, da vsaj 14 ur ne jem, ker mi odgovarja, da se telo malo odpočije od hrane.

Podobno tudi jaz. Mi tako odgovarja. S tem da imam drugačen zamik - od cca 20h do 12h naslednji dan. Od 16-8h si pa ne predstavljam, recimo.
Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.

S 16-8 ni mišljen čas, ampak časovno okno 16 ur postenja in 8 ur hranjenja.:
jaz večerjam okoli 18.00, zajtrkujem okoli 10ih.

Jaz tudi nekako tako, po spletu razmer pač, ker mi za zajtrk zmanjka časa - ko je mala budna, njo rihtam, tistih 30 min pa potem ponavadi z njo oddremam, pa je dopoldne mimo.

Tvoj ritem mi je idealen. Jaz se težko zvečer nazaj držim, okoli 8h še kaj gricknem, ker sem lačna.

Zdaj sem bila v lekarni in je bila tak neprijazna, sploh mi ni htela nic sverovat, ko sem eni stranki nekaj za bitamin C in ninaciamid rekla. Lol no.
