Enako. : )Jaz ne maram kremastih rizot in delam malo posvoje. Riz posebaj skuham recimo zelenjavo pa poprazim v ponvi z veliko razlicnih zacimb. Kasneje pa vse skupaj zmesam in to je to. Meni je okusno in drugi tudi pohvalijo pa casovno je tudi hitro.
P. dela bolj klasično rižoto (nisem sicer vedela, da je originalna rižota kremasta, men to nikoli ni bila rižota : )), čeprav tudi ne maksimalno pocaste, mi je pa tudi dobra, sploh, ker jo zalije z belim vinom.
Bistro zelenjavno juho z riževimi rezanci.

Moja rizote so tud prazen riz potem. Da dobim ta kremast ppc na krpznik, se ga ne dotaknem
Vino moram zacet uporabljat. Spargljevo delam z vinom in je fantasticna.

Anouk, kaj pa so ti odgovorili, ce so ti sploh? Jaz nekako ne vidim problema v tem (razen ce na meniju pise prav italijanska rizota), ker je mogocih nesteto izpeljank in prilagoditev dolocene jedi.

Ker so prpe. Tako da ne gremo vec tja jest, njihova izguba. Pa par mesecev vnaprej so vedeli, da pridemo in bi res lahko postregli s cim drugim kot (na vodi) razkuhanim rizem, potresenim s cebulo (pol je bilo itak surove, bljak).

Mail je precej introvertiran način pritožbe
če osebno zahtevaš šefa in poveš v obraz, da se tako ne dela, te vsaj ne morejo ignorirati

Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.

V osoljeni vodi skuhas krompir, vodo odlijes. Na olju preprazis par strokov cesna, da zadisi (lahko tudi cebulo, ce jo imas rada - v tem primeru zacni s cebulo in jo kar dolgo prazi, da bo karamelizirala, potem sele dodaj cesen za kako minutko). H krompirju dodas par zlic margarine in preprazen cesen, eno piksno rjavega fizola, dimljeno sladko papriko in mleti koriander po okusu in vse skupaj pretlacis do vsecne teksture.
