Ponavadi uštulim kolegu Libanoncu, da ga on skuha, je vedno najboljši tako. Šalo na stran, ti dve varianti sta moji najljubši trenutno:

O hvala. Bom kar solato naredila. Pred kratkim sem kupila Fregulo (pašta s Sardinije) in so take male kroglice, ful je dobro s paradižnikom, feto itd itd. Ful nasitna solata.

Ko si že pri pašti, ravno zadnjič je naredil ta kolega bulgur, notri pa neki črvički, jaz gledam kaj je to, pa se izkaže, da fidellini. Je kar običajno, da v bulgur vržejo še malo paštice, haha.

Koliko časa se kuha prosena kaša???
Do sedaj sem imela Alnaturino in je gor pisalo 5min vre, potem jo pustiš še 10 min, da popije mleko.
Danes sem pa odpla eno novo, skuham po istih navodilih in že vmes se mi je čudno zdelo, da je še preveč mleka, ampak sem mislila, da sem ga dala preveč. Potem pa mulca začneta tulit, da je trda - in res, sploh še ni bila skuhana.

Ene so ocitno bolj instant varjante, za navadno dam jaz (za naju dva) 1 skodelico (240 ml) kase in 2 1/4 skodelice (540 ml) vode in scep soli (ali pa jusno osnovo), kuhljam 15 min, potem pa se 10 minut pustim v loncu, da se napne.

V Mullerju imajo do 15.10. 10% na Alnaturo (v DM-u je menda več ni?).

Sem isto mislila pa so očitno neki samostojni Super natur markt-i in jih dm zamenjuje s svojimi produkti že od 2014.

Pa pridejo dobre? Mami je enkrat kupila to moko, jo dodala v mešanico za kruh in ji ni bil všeč okus kruha potem.

Uff, previdno s konopljino moko. Če ni res fino dromno mleta, se zazna v strukturi kruha kot taka zrnatost. Jaz jo dam maksimalno 1/3, pa precej domnira njen okus, kruh je tudi nekoliko bolj suh. Če ti je okus všeč, super, meni včasih zapaše, ne pa vedno. Bananine palačinke mi pa pokvari, okus banan se sploh ne zazna več.
Testenine bi znale fajn prit s to moko, mogoče? Ali pa kako fajn, sočno, čokoladno pecivo/piškoti, kjer ni problema, če je še malo priokusa zraven, oziroma ga lahko nevtraliziraš z ostalimi sestavinami/začimbami.
Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.
