Jaz tečem z iPodom in sem registrirana na nikerunning, kjer se mi vsi teki beležijo (razdalja, pace, ura, kalorije) Pa polar je obvezna oprema, na pulz. Potem se pa malo igraš, si zastaviš, da boš hitreje tekla, da boš več pretekla, razna tekovanja (čelinđi)...
Mene do konca leta čaka še ene 250km, če želim izpolnit naslednji cilj, sam bo težka, ker mislim vklučit še fitnes in omejit tek.
Osebno mi skupinski teki niso nikoli ustrezali, niti se nisem udeležila kakega. Lažje mi je bilo kar iti ven in tekat, kot pa se oblečt, pripravit, it tja, čakat, jadejade, pazit na tempo,... preveč komplikacij. Še maratoni mi grejo na živce. Najboljš so poletja, ko s fantom skupi tečeva na morju!! To so zakon trenutki!!

Lo fi kaj je GPP
je visoko intenzivni intervalni treninh (HIIT) . - visoko intenzivno gibanje s krajšimi vmesnimi odmori, (recimo 30sekund delaš na hard, pa 10sekund počitka in to večkrat ponoviš)
Če ga delaš dva- do trikrat tedensko povzroči hitre spremembe pri metaboličnih in srčno-žilnih procesih in izboljša fizično pripravljenost
