zjutraj sem pol ure rolala in pol ure tekla (v japankah!) s psom.
Oprala sem dva avta.
Zvečer sem tekla še uro pa pol, naredila 30 navadnih trebušnjakov, 15 za spodnje trebušne in 15 sklec.
exercise is getting addictive.

Sinnaia, a lahko vprašam kok si že shujšala odkar tok telovadiš pa ješ večinoma presno? Pa celulit? Svaka ti čast res, ful te občudujem!

Ej Nincha, ti čist iskreno povem, da se mi ne zdi, da bi sploh kaj shujšala, ker sem imela od konca maja faks nagrmaden čez glavo, kar pomeni, da sem bila živčna ergo sem žrla ko prase. In potem je bil vmes dober mesec, zdaj so pa spet izpiti, pa si predstavljaj. Enostavno, kadar sem živčna (ali pa zdolgočasena, unlol) jem sranje, tega se hočem znebit, ker ne pelje nikamor, pa še potem se itak čist zanič počutim.
Skratka- imam dneve, ko jem večinoma presno in lepo telovadim in se počutim krasno, imam pa dneve, ko se nažiram ko prase, ker sem živčna. Posledično sem nekako na istem zdaj. Ampak vem, da je presna+ gibanje+čim manj sranja od hrane zame super kombinacija, opažam po počutju, tako, da se moram res znebiti tega comfort fooda.
