Meni je kokosovo mleko v curry-u dobro, pa ingver in česen sta nepogrešljiva, in vse začimbe, kot je napisala Matilda. In če je s paradižnikom/pelati, obvezno malo posladkat, da imaš vse te okuse - kislo, sladko, pekoče, trpko.. 

 

Edit, sem potem videla da ti ni všeč. Katerakoli rastlinska smetana, ali pa navadna, kisla oz kremni sir, za zgostitev omake.

Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.

Ne bo pol klasični curry, ker ta je vedno s kokosovim mlekom, ampak poskusiš lahko s smetano ja.

Jaz ga sicer nimam, ampak ce je edina omejitev bela moka/drobtine, to komot nadomestis s cicerikino moko in/ali zmletimi ovsenimi kosmici. Bi bilo pa fajn imeti kaksnega v rokavu, preden se bo sezona piknikov zacela, ja :)

PZ špageti s čajoto, čemažem, korenjem, grahom, tofujem in čilijevo omako z mangom, zelena solata z motovilcem, rukolo in koruzo. Mož pa je spekel jabolčno pito.

Zjutraj sem naredila bazilikin pesto z indijskimi orescki. Za kosilo sem pa samo pirine spagete skuhala, dodala 2 zlici pesta in solato zraven.
