V bistvu ne vem, kako se jed imenuje: tanko narezani krogci krompirja na pekaču premazanem z maslom, na krompirju listi ohrovta (brez žil) čez pa rezine sira (jaz sem dal mešan ovčji/kravji sir, ki ga kupujem na morju). Firbec me, kako bo ratalo.

Točno, to papriko moram kupit, ampak je tu še nisem zasledila.
250g prosene, liter mleka in ščepec soli kuhaš ene 15 minut oz. toliko, da se kaša nakuha. Po potrebi dodaš še malo mleka. Odstaviš in kar notri naribaš jabolka (ne rabiš nič ožemati, ker je tako še bolj sočno). Lahko dodaš še vanilijev sladkor ali ekstrakt. Premešaš, daš v pomaščen pekač in pečeš dokler se ne naredi zlata skorja. Še boljše je, če dodaš malo smetane namesto mleka. Sila preprosto in dobro.

Kotanyi, Podravka, Vegeta bi morali imet, kolikor sem na hitro pogooglala. Pa v kaksnih zacimbnih mesanicah se tudi najde kot osnova.

170 zgoraj spodaj pomojem. Ne na ventilator, ker se mi zdi, da izsuši. Ene 20 minut max.
