SOB: Polentin pastichio z vegansko klobaso in kremnim zeliščnim prelivom, zelena solata
NED: Gratinirane pirine palačinke, polnjene z zelenjavo (korenje, stročnati grah, cvetača, koleraba), tofujem in fižolom, prelite s paradižnikovo omako, zelena solata s čičeriko, papriko, feto in avokadom

Kuhat dam cca 3/4 kg kislega zelja, da je pokrito. Noter dam polovico bio kocke, lovorov list, kakih 10 zrn celega popra in eno malo žličko soli. Pustim, da rahlo vreje okrog 40 min. Med tem časom skuham fižol (lahko je tudi iz konzerve, tega seveda ne kuham ) in pripravim krompir. Krompir: na olivnem olju prepražim eno šalotko, dodam na majhne kocke narezana dva srednja do velika krompirja ter zalijem s toliko vode, da je ravno pokrito. Malo solim. Ko je krompir kuhan, vode nič ne odlivam, ampak samo delno zmučkam s tistim za delat pire. Narežem dimljen tofu na kocke.
V zelje dodam kuhan fižol, pretlačen krompir in tofu. Ker pa imam jaz rada bolj goste župe, naredim še podmet (kar ti priporočam). V eno malošalčko dam kakšno veliko zvrhano žlico ostre moke, noter stisnem malo paradižnikove mezge ter pljunk vode, da lahko vse zmešam v homogeno maso. Podmet dodam v zelje in ostalim sestavinam, da malo prevreje. Cel čas mešam in preverjam gostoto. Če mi še ni dovolj, ga naredim še malo in dodam. Kakor ti paše.
Je ful dobra ta jota. Naslednji dan še boljša .

Kus kus z garam masalo, popraženo čebulo, česnom in čilijevim oljem, pečen jajčevec z vege gyrosom in koščki krompirja v paradižnikovi omaki. Berivka in motovilec v solati.

grafinirana pecena polenta s sejtanovim hasejem in paradiznikom, papriko, bucko, jajcevcem, korenjem in ohrovtom, cilijeva omaka z olivami, solata z rdeco in zeleno berivko in motovilcem.
A sploh obstaja se kaksna vrsta zelenjave.

Pri nas pa v pečici pečen krompir z malo piščanca, čebulo, porom, korenjem, bučkami, papriko in za zraven zelena solata.
