Jaz sem nekaj tednov nazaj še jedla sirov burek in mlečne stvari, pred kratkim pa sem se končno odločila in sprevidela da ni izgovorov proti veganstvu.
Grozljivo je, da živalske sestavine tlačijo prav povsod.
Moram se enkrat lotiti sama narest burek.

, sem šla googlat, ne predstavljam si kaki okus imajo. Bom raje na jajca počakala in imela kao clean verzijo brez moke.

Načini, kako nadomestiti jajca:
Drugače pa je receptov res, kolikor hočeš... Vtipkaj v google recimo vegan pancakes.
Danes sem hotela narest 'Oaty Apple Pancakes' iz moje knjižice receptov, ampak se mi potem ni dalo. Deluje pa slastno,
bom prilepila recept jutri.

Ja, čisto vegansko sem zdaj par tednov, sem si pa že prej kuhala 90% vegansko.
Eksperimentiranje v kuhinji mi je postalo zakon in s tem načinom življenja postane skorajda nujno, hehe.
Tako da, eksperimentirajte, ne bo vam žal.
Zadnjič sem šla delat kao kislo smetano... Nastala je majoneza.

A katera ve, kaj je žvarcet in bulje in kako se to naredi? Menda gre za neko staro, pozabljeno primorsko (?) jed - kolikor sem razbrala, gre za koruzne cmoke in nekaj z govedino, ampak je na internetu bore malo informacij (sva z mami ze pregledali recepte na razlicnih straneh, ampak jo bolj kaksni recepti/izkusnje iz prve ali druge roke zanimajo).

Prvo je podobno nekakšni obari, nekateri pravijo golažu, a jaz bi prej rekla obara. To drugo so pa koruzni cmoki ja, sladki - torej dodaš sladkor, cimet, rozine etc.

Imas mogoce kak preverjen recept za cmoke? Letos imajo to dvoje namrec v osnovnih solah v sklopu gospodinjstva pri kulinaricnem tekmovanju, in se zdaj na Dolenjskem po glavi praskajo, kako naj se lotijo tega, da ne bo vse skupaj razpadlo v kropu med kuhanjem.
