STRUKLJI, NJAM!!! Kako jih delas?
Kupim vlečeno testo, vzamem list in ga prepognem na pol, namažem s skuto, ki jo zmešam z jajcem in vanilijo (1 list okoli 250 g skute), zavijem, prepognem v črko U, zavijem v peki papir, na koncih zavežem z gumico in dam v vrelo vodo za 20 min, zabelim z drobtinami, postrežem z brusnicami, vročimi borovnicali ali kar pač mam pri roki. FUl enostavno, prejšnji teden sem prvič delala, od takrat pa potem še 4x

Moja mama jih sama dela in pri kuhanju zavija v bombažne krpe, a se peki papir tud v redu obnese?
Jaz sem jih danes prvič v peki papir zavila in mi je boljše, se nič ne prime, na krpe se mi je malo primlo. Peki papir pol vržem stran, krpe moram pa prati.

puding iz svilnatega tofuja, ananasa in kokosa.
