Drugač ne čist na tešče, pojem Pz piškot ali dva.
Itak ne smem jst kej preveč maščob kurt, ker jih mam že tko bol mal
Drugač pa ja, me nje boljše zjutr, prvič ne srečam nič folka, drugič je mir, tretjič pa še žužki spijo, ki jih je zvečer za odvoz.
Princeska, kolen se bo pozdravu, k se bo pa remember: ne smeš laufat vsak dan. 3× na teden je čist super.

Sej zdej ne tečem nič, razen na attacku, ki je itak aerobna atletska vadba, ampak tam me nič ne boli. Pri športu me nič ne boli, razen če tečem ali pa hodim, tko da tudi planinarjenje zdle ne pride v upoštev

Saj če na tešče delaš na orbitreku je ista finta. Vsaka aerobna vaja na tešče ima enak učinek, odvisno je le od intenzitete, ki je pa pri teku res večja, kot pa pri orbitrek. Jaz že nekaj časa prakticiram orbitrek na tešče zjutraj, tek pa popoldan, ker bi verjetno sredi proge skupaj padla. Pri orbitreku pa sploh ni problem, pač toliko, da se konkretno zbudim.
