Rdeči, rjavi in črni riž s smetanovo omako z mletimi arašidi, gorčičnimi zrni, sladko papriko, čilijem in timijanom, tofu crumble s čebulo in česnom, solata iz motovilca in rdečega radiča z avokadom.

Krompirjevo pito s piscancem in spinaco.

Njam. Po spodnjem receptu. V receptu ni soli, to zato ker je zbirka otroskih receptov. Jaz sem solila krompir, spinaco pa tudi malenkost meso in je bilo ravno super.

Danes pa mešanico rdečega, rjavega in črnega riža, pire in ječmena s tofujem, brstičnim ohrovtom, cvetačo in korenjem.
