No, hvala Tudi tole bom probala
Jaz sem danes naredila torto iz palačink. 22 plasti je bilo, kremo sem naredila iz smetane in mascarponeja, v vsaki plasti jagode, torta je bila oblita pa s čokoladno kremo in je bila ful dobra, ker ni bila presladka.

Jaz sem pa vanilijeve sarme včeraj naredila, danes probamo.
Ful so ble dobre, edino malo preveč mokast okus so imele.

- 3 jajca
- 3 žlice vode
- 15 dkg sladkorja + limonina lupina + rum
- 13 dkg moke
- žlička pecilnega
- vaniljev sladkor oz. burbonska vanilja
Beljake stepeš v trd sneg. Sladkor zavreš z vodo, limonino lupino, rumom, vanilijo. Nato to zliješ v sneg in še malo mešaš. Nato dodaš rumenjake, spet stepeš. Na koncu dodaš moko in pecilni prašek, jaz dam še ščepec soli. Če želiš čokoladni biskvit pač dodaš kakav oz. čokolado v prahu.
Za veliko torto in 3 oblate jaz naredim iz 2 mas.

Tudi jaz ne, v čem je pa štos tega parjenja? Je to podobno kot pri Hershey’s, ko maso za biskvit na koncu zaliješ z vrelo vodo? Tisti biskvit mi je res dober!

Krema nič posebnega, pač smetana in potem sem notri vkomponirala stopljeno kinder čokolado, ali pa nutelo.
Tale biskvit noro pride v kombinaciji s smetano in jagodami. Navlažim ga pa z zmiksanimi jagodami, malo limoninega soka in štaub cukra. Res, taka orto poletna sladica.
