Kako pripravite šparglje v pečici? Se jih samo malo posoli, popopra, kaplja olja, in v pečico za pol ure?

Je pa odvisno od temp. Če boš dala na 200, bo 20 minut najbrž dovolj. Če boš dala na 180, je boljše pustit tudi kako minuto več.

Pa tudi odvisno kako debeli so...

A katera ve kako se pripravi "mehko" zeljnato solato? Takšno, kot jo dobiš v restavracijah. Meni se zelje sploh ne zmehča. A bi morala imeti mlado zelje? Ali pa bi ga morala čisto na drobno narezati?

Pa posolit ga moraš in čez nekaj časa stisnit z rokami. Pazi, da ne boš preveč solila. Ista fora je s kumarami.

Felicia, pa nujno vroči krompir gor, meni je tako najljubše, in ful ga zmešča.  Sem imela vedno težave s tem, pa sem poiskusila vse: namakanje, solila...pa nikoli ni bilo tako mehko.

A po vrhu ga daš in ga potem samostojno poješ, oz. kot prilogo, ali ga kar med solato zamešaš? 

 

Ta vikend, ko sem bila v nabavi, sem pozabila zelje kupit :/ Sem pa kupila solato ledenko, top of the top! :)

A ima katera na lagerju tabelo z veganskimi nadomestki (za jajca, mleko, sir) - ki se uporabljajo pri kuhanju? En moj kolega dela aplikacijo, ki bi konvertala avtomatsko, pa dodajajo zadeve v programcic. Vem, da je nekje na forumu, ampak je ne najdem.

Jaz imam še eno vprašanje: kaj jeste poleg tatarskega biftka? Jutri bova par ljudi povabila na tatarski biftek in vedno zraven ponudim dve vrsti sira in kumarice, zdaj pa bi nekaj novega, vendar ne vem kaj še paše poleg. Ne bi pa šla prav neke čist kontra hrane zraven ponujat, ker bo pač poudarek na biftku s prilogami. Samo ne vem še s kakšnimi :)
