Zadnjic je pob vzel Violife rastlinsko feto. Kako je pa to ogabno. Kot pokvarjena mlecna feta, ful se okusi fermentirano, ma meni je prav pokvarilo solato/tortilijo. Fej.
Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.

VEGANSKI BOLOGNESE
par zlic olja
1-2 cebuli
4-5 strokov cesna
1 jajcevec (jaz ga olupim, da se lepse zmiksa kasneje)
400g gobic
2 papriki
2 pesti sojinih kock/drobljenca (ali po zelji)
1-2 plocevinki paradiznikovih kock
paradiznikova mezga po okusu
sol, jusna zacimba, poper, dimljena paprika, mleta koriandrova zrna, timijan, rozmarin
po zelji se malo tamarija/sojine omake, kvasnih kosmicev
Zavres vodo s soljo/vegeto, notri das sojine kocke in pokrijes za 10 min. Tacas ocistis in narezes zelenjavo.
Na olju preprazis cebulo, dodas strt cesen, zelenjavo in gobice (narezano na koscke), par minut mesas, dodas se sojine kocke in zacimbe, zalijes s paradiznikom. Kuhas ene 20-30 minut. Predenes vsebino v blender in zmiksas do zeljene konsistence (20-60s).
Tega pride precej, tako da jaz ponavadi zapakiram se za 3-4x v zamrzovalnik (malo vrzi uc na kolicino, ki jo porabite za eno vecerjo). Ponavadi ob serviranju v omako stresem se eno plocevinko lece. Voila!

Ampak a ni to greh miksat? Meni je v bolognese vedno še korenje nujno, pa v veganskega namesto soli dam sojino omako.

Jah, jaz nimam prav dosti izbire, ce zelim, da V. poje kaj drugega kot 'suho pasto' Pa s kockami bi drugace bil ze skoraj bolj golaz kot bolognese (plus manjsi koscki se lepse zamrznejo in odtalijo). Vcasih sem pred kuhanjem zelenjavo ze cisto na majhno sesekljala in potem dodala drobljenec, zdaj mi pa mami pac prinese, kar mi prinese, in potem improviziram, da porabim robo.

Meni je Indi&Pippa un čokoladen ok. Ni najboljši na svetu, ampak je glede na to, da je brez mleka in soje in se to zelo težko dobi, je dober.
