Jaz bo trenutnem navdihu, včasih narežem na kocke, kockice, ploskvice, včasih naribam, sladkor, ščep soli, tona cimeta, včasih malo masla, včasih pest v rumu namočenih rozin... kot mi zapaše.

Sem skeptična do zdravih sladic, tale narastek pa je res zelo dober tudi brez dodanega sladkorja in olja. Sem pa dala riževo mleko in namesto vanilije 1 žlico vanili sladkorja.
Ob marmeladi ali kaki sladki omaki pa pride še bolj sočen.

Edino mleka sem dala pol sojinega in pol kokosovega, ker sem ga imela se ravno za porabit, pa 2 limoni, ker sem imela manjše Bom danes še en pekač spekla za naju, tako da jih res priporočam!

Delam bananin kruh po receptu Curryandlove, če katero zanima recept. Veganski, brez olja in brez rafiniranega sladkorja.
Jaz datljev žal nisem imela na zalogi, požrli molji , zato sem dala rjav sladkor po občutku + laneno seme namesto orehov, ker sem pozabila, da jih imam v hladilniku
Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.

Yes, it can happen so quickly. Life as we know it can change in a blink of an eye. Unlikely friendships can blossom, important careers can be tossed aside, a long lost hope can be rekindled. Still, we should be grateful for whatever changes life throws at us. Because all too soon, the day will come when there are no changes left.

Meni je ta recept za korenckove mafine fajn (delam z belo moko sicer, pa vcasih malo na uc kaj odmerim). Pa ful paseta not se naribana limonina lupinica in ingver <3.

Vsakič, ko delam bučno juho, vzamem malo buče stran in naredim FUUUUUL slastne piškote z bučo.
Ni moke, ni jajc, samo mleti mandlji, maslo, začimbe in čokolada. Res, res dobri pridejo in najbolj easy so za narest. Na žalost se buče ne čuti nič, ampak vseen dajo sladkobo.

Jaz sem včeraj naredila to torto. Uspela mi je res lepo, ampak po okusu mi ni tako waw, kot sem si predstavljala, da bo. Jaz imam rada, da je krema mehkejša, puhasta, tukaj je pa prav kot en trden puding. Količine sem dala enake, kot je v receptu. Ne vem, ali bi morala biti nekaj časa na sobni temperaturi, da se malo zmehča? Ali je pač že v osnovi preveč želatine notri?
