A bi lahko jajčevce nadomestil s kakšno drugo zelenjavo? Ker bom počakala na domače.

Kaj pa vem, gre precej na noto tega, da se jajčevec navzame vseh teh okusov iz marinade, ker je sicer tak pust in puhek. Cvetaca tiste tekočine recimo ne bi vpila, pa tudi dlje bi jo rabila pražiti v ponvi, in bi se ti verjetno prej marinada prismodila

Včeraj sva naredila teriyaki eggplant in je bilo res okusno. Ker nisva imela mirna doma, dva dala rižev kis in dodaten ščep sladkorja.

Hofer ima dvoje nove zmrznjene polpete, ki so mi ful dobri - eni so s fižolom in rdečo peso, drugi pa s kvinojo, bučo in špinačo. Primerljivi z raznimi burgerji iz hipsterskih bistrojev.

Hofer ima dvoje nove zmrznjene polpete, ki so mi ful dobri - eni so s fižolom in rdečo peso, drugi pa s kvinojo, bučo in špinačo. Primerljivi z raznimi burgerji iz hipsterskih bistrojev.
Sem poskusila oboje in potrjujem, da so zelo okusni. Hvala za priporočilo 🙂

Če ti kaj prav pride tak recept, ni ravno torta.. Ampak je hitra in okusna sladica. Namesto marmelade gor dam zmrznjene maline, cca 300g + 3 jabolka - popražim, da gre tekočina ven. Namesto masla daš kokosovo maščoo, namesto jajc pa banano+namočeno laneno seme.

Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.
