Špela, s kakim užitkom jaz berem tvoje poste o hrani :=). No, tudi ostale seveda, hehe.
Ja, če katera ve kaj več, naj napiše. Vidim, da bo treba sprobat. Mam k sreči tudi jaz fanta, ki se rad predaja gurmanskim užitkom. :=)

Ne vem, koliko jih tukaj pozna Štajerske konce (vsaj od Ptuja dol), v glavnem, v Gorišnici ne gre zamuditi obiska pri Botri, moja najljubša tamkajšnja jed je zagotovo biftek/pljučna z zeliščnim maslom in čebulnimi obročki, lahko dobiš zraven tudi krompir v foliji s smetano (tale jed je nasploh taka njihova specialiteta, se mi zdi). Nikjer ni tako sočno in okusno meso, kot tukaj. Postrežba na nivoju, za predjed dobiš zastonj popečene kruhke in njihovo domače zeliščno maslo. Prisoten je solatni bar, zavidljiva (običajno klasična) izbira, na voljo vsaj trije prelivi. Vredno vsakega obiska, priporočam gurmanskim mesojedcem. =)

Jaz tudi (vsaj po mnenju drugih) odlično kuham, pa kljub temu zelo rad zaidem v kako restavracijo oz. gostilno.
Tako dobim tudi nove ideje, in poizkusim nove stvari. Pa ponekdaj paše da te strežejo

Ja, tudi jaz zelo rada (in tudi bojda dobro) kuham, eksperimentiram... že tale proces ima svoj draž. Ampak zaradi tega nič kaj manj rada ne hodim v dobre gostilne in tam kaj dobrega pojem. Namreč, to pa ima spet svoj čar.

Kot redni obiskovalki Botre, se mi sicer zdi, da je v zadnjih letih počasi - ampak vztrajno - nazadovala. Definitivno priporočam njihove lignje na žaru s tržaško omako in blitvo, ki sem jih svoj čas obsedeno mljaskala vsaki teden.

Sicer sem bolj kot v restavraciji reden gost v pubu, ampak včasih me le zanese tudi v zgornje nadstropje. Zelo mi je všeč ambijent v sami restavraciji. Postrežba je bila do sedaj še vedno hitra. Hrana pa je odlična: najboljši polnjeni lignji, kar sem jih jedla sem jih jedla tam, pa tudi pic nimajo slabih.

Tvoja 'tolažba' mi ni potrebna, ker nisem bil užaljen. Na krožnik pa dajem okusne in ne pridne stvari.

Restavracija Ancora
Sicer sem bolj kot v restavraciji reden gost v pubu, ampak včasih me le zanese tudi v zgornje nadstropje. Zelo mi je všeč ambijent v sami restavraciji. Postrežba je bila do sedaj še vedno hitra. Hrana pa je odlična: najboljši polnjeni lignji, kar sem jih jedla sem jih jedla tam, pa tudi pic nimajo slabih.

Naslednja dva dni bom ložiral v Ankori. Imaš kako priporočilo? Spomnim se korektne pizze in dobre baklave (pripravljal jo je kuhar iz Banja Luke).

V soboto sem bila na pici v city parku, picerija nasproti sparove restavracije. Zdi se mi da sem tam že jedla, a zdaj je bilo prav katastrofa. Vse zasedeno, ambient sicer lep (predvsem lepši kot v sosednji restavraciji), a pica pa prav zanič. Margerita. Naučila sem se, da po margetiti vidiš kako dobra je picerija. Pri margeriti ne morejo z dodatki skriti slabe osnove. Testo nespečeno, nanj nabutana omaka, neokusna premokra, preveč, navrh prav nemarno na sredino vržen še sir.. Prav ponižujoče, kot bi gladne piščance (kar tudi vsi obiskovalci smo) fotrali in jih samo zasitili, da bodo tiho. Za kozlat. Adijo.
