A ga še kako pripravljate? Ni moj najljubši sadež na svetu, s katerim bi se nažirala vsak dan, ampak ga jem, ker je pač ful zdrav , ampak mi malo preseda, ko ga jem samega.

A solato ješ začinjeno? Jaz imam rada solato brez vsega, ali pa limona+olivno olje, samo imam filing, da ni kul kombinacija še kiselkasto sladke jagodice dajata zraven.
JA, pri meni isto. Enkrat sem imela na sebi belo srajco, sem zavihala rokave skoraj do ramen, spredaj pa sem si zatlačila 3 krpe, pod njimi pa še papirnate brisače (tiste wc-jevske, ne mehke kuhinjske), da se kao res zaščitim in ne umažem. Ko sem konačala s čiščenjem, sem itak zgledala, kot da bi se družila s serijskim morilcem. Ampak je šlo itak vse dol zahvaljujoč magičnemu čistilu.

Jaz sem ga včeraj prerezala naokoli in naokoli, prijela, zarotirala v kontra smer, in se je odprl. Nato sem vzela kuhalnico in samo potolkla večkrat po hrbtni strani, in je šlo vse ven.
Nato sem ga pa z žlico jedla iz sklede.

Jaz tudi, v javnosti mi je ful bed pljuvat peške ven, zato si rečem, da so sigurno ful zdrave in jih zgrizem. Podobno delam z grozdjem.

Katero sojino omako uporabljate? Oziroma poznate kakšno malo bolj zdravo, da nima toliko dodatkov?

Katero sojino omako uporabljate? Oziroma poznate kakšno malo bolj zdravo, da nima toliko dodatkov?
Kikkoman je brez nezdravih dodatkov, je tudi precej draga, dobi se jo v Mercatorju.
Pazi, da nima milijon Ejev in pa recimo natrijev glutaminat.

Jaz sem pa med vikendom prvič kuhala zelenjavo na pari in je bila fantastična.
Sicer sem not vrgla zmrznjeno mešano zelenjavo iz kupljene vrečke - ampak je bil vseeno boljši okus kot pražena ali kuhana.

Našla sem en italijanski recept za truffles in ugotovila, da vsebuje skoraj pol kile moke, čeprav se jih niti malo toplotno ne obdela. Zdaj sem pa zmedena. Sem mislila, da se to niti pod razno ne dela. Kako zelo narobe je to? Razen, da bi se to mlelo po ustih...

A prav moke (iz zit), al je misljeno kaj iz oresckov? O.o
Meni je malo cudno, ceprav vsake toliko pojem malo testa za piskote kar tako (ker me zaradi odsotnosti jajc ni strah salmonele ).

Edit: To sploh ni osamljen primer. Večina cookie dough truffles se tako dela. Zanimivo.

Mislim, kaj hudo dosti ne more bit narobe, razen tega, da bi te trebuh bolel. Kolikor sem brskala po spletu, je vse sorte stvari za prebrat, ampak od kaksnih bolj strokovnih virov najdem samo strani o motnjah prehranjevanja (t.i. pica, ko ljudje jedo stvari, ki niso smatrana za hrano).
Nekaj malega o samih zitih, kar se mi slisi logicno:
Completely raw wheat can be dangerous. It swells in the stomach and can lead to bowel obstructions. An overnight soak should fix that.
There's also some concern that the phytate in raw wheat can reduce vitamin absorption, but again, soaking seems to fix that.
The raw wheat will be harder to digest, even soaked, than cooked wheat: the full-length proteins take longer to break up than the denatured ones. I wouldn't make it a dominant part of my diet, but a handful of it is just fine. If you're eating enough to make you feel sick, stop it, and if you're not feeling sick, you're golden.
