Odkriti srečo. Jo loviti in ujeti. Se prepustiti. Gledati z odprtimi očmi, vonjati, poslušati, se čuditi. Biti radoveden, ceniti lepoto in preproste, majhne in srčne stvari, srčne ljudi, trenutke. Čričke. Predvsem ne pozabi na čričke. Brez njih ni poletja.

Na zaru sem spekla jajcevce s cesnom in mocarelo, papriko in tofu.

Saj je čisto preprosto. Česen in čebulo prepražim na olivnem olju, dodam vso možno zelenjavo z vrta (jajčevce, papriko, bučke, različne vrste paradižnika, lahko tudi malo čilija, če ti je všeč pekoče), začinim samo s soljo, poprom in timijanom. Čisto na koncu sem dodala že kuhane klapavice in zalila s kokosovim mlekom. Vode zato nisem dodajala, pa mezge tudi ne.
Danes sem skuhala vege chilli con carne z "mesnimi" kroglicami, pa še mini pice bova spekla.

Hvala! Je pa sigurno čist drugačen okus zaradi kokosovega mleka. Sumim, da bi zraven pasal svež koriander na koncu.

Zrezki v omaki iz domače zelenjave (paprika, paradižnik, korenček), zraven kuskus, široki rezanci in solata (ledenka s fižolom)

quiche z gobicami, spinaco in suhim paradiznikom (za jutri)
pica (za vecerjo) in pica polzki za jutri
solata (mesani mladi listi s prelivom)
Jutri pa se:
z leco in gobicami polnjene zepke iz listnatega testa
mini jabolcni crumble (v salckah za souffle )
cokoladni mousse z ingverjem
(fantov stric praznuje 60 let in bodo imeli catering, ampak menda "nic za naju", tako da si bova malo tega in onega sabo prinesla)

Kako mi je pa to čudno, če povabiš vegana na rojstni dan, menda poskrbiš prej, da dobi hrano, ki jo je... nisem še nikjer videla, da bi bil problem glede tega. Jaz v tvojem primeru iz principa ne bi nič nesla zraven, bi samo sedela tam in gledala, kako jejo, naj jim bo nerodno
te pa občudujem, ker si tako prilagodljiva... marsikdo ni.
Danes kuham fižolovo enolončnico (iz stročjega fižola) in skutino pito z jabolki.

Ja, meni je tudi malo cudno, ampak se vseeno raje vidim, da mi povejo (kar mi pove, da vseeno niso pozabili name, kar se je tudi ze zgodilo) ali pa da recejo "se bo ze kaj naslo", pa imam na koncu tole nastimano:
(Kruh, narezano sadje, vlozeni belusi, pelati iz piksne, vlozene gobice, suhe marelice, vlozene articoke z vejico petersilje, orehi - na praznovanju tascinih 60 let - so imeli catering)
Da se ja vsakemu smilim (in da ljudje se prej zakljucijo, da je veganstvo ultra radikalna odpoved vsem zemeljskim uzitkom in da to pa res ni nobeno zivljenje ).
Sicer nisem ultra zbircna in v sili bi tud grah iz piksne z zlico jedla (kot sem to pocela pri 5ih letih ), ampak rada dobro jem in ne vidim pametnega razloga, zakaj ne bi, ce pa lahko. Ce to pomeni dodatno uro ali dve v kuhinji, then so be it
