V glavnem zame must have: acai, spirulina, goji, presni kakav... za občasno reishi in maca.

Ojej.. to pa je doza. Samo a je sploh potrebno toliko? Ne vem no.. koliko sploh telo dejansko vsrka tega? Bi bilo dobro kakšen link poiskati na to temo, me prav zanima.
Drugače sem jaz do sedaj uporabljala enak B-Complex kot Jina, od Lanes-a, zdaj sem pa nabavila na Healthspan, sestavo ima zelo podobno.
Vitamin B1 1.1mg (100)
Vitamin B2 1.4mg (100)
Vitamin B3 16mg (100)
Vitamin B5 6mg (100)
Vitamin B6 1.4mg (100)
Vitamin B12 2.5mcg (100)
Biotin (B7) 50mcg (100)
Folic Acid (B9) 200mcg (100)
Imajo pa na Healthspan še ene B complexe, High Strenght Vitamin B-Complex, ki imajo večje vrednosti, kar je pikico manj kot dobiš ti, Sally, če vzameš 1/2 tbl na dan:
Vitamin B1 - 20mg (1,818)
Vitamin B2 - 20mg (1,429)
Vitamin B3 - 20mg (125)
Vitamin B5 - 20mg (333)
Vitamin B6 - 10mg (714)
Vitamin B12 - 250mcg (10,000)
Biotin (B7) - 50mcg (100)
Folic Acid (B9) - 400mcg (200)
Choline - 200mcg
Inositol - 20mg
PABA - 20mg
Morda bom naslednjič res te močnejše vzela.
Jemljem tudi magnezij, trenutno imam tudi to od Healthspana, ki ima 375mg kar je ok. Jemljem tudi kalcijev karbonat (1g na dan) in D3 vitamin (0,5 mikrograma na dan).

Ja, če so v tabletah je bolj praktično in ne gre nič v nič. Če daš prah v smoothie ali jogurt, sok, najbrž ful pokvari okus. Če se dobijo bio alge v tabletah tudi v trgovinah, bom kupila te, sicer pa pač v prahu.

Bi prisegla, da sem enkrat videla, da si v temo "Kaj ste nazadnje kupili", nalepila sliko vrečke spiruline.Algeo jemljem, napisala že kakšnih 25x. ;P

In pa, če imaš živce, tudi tu (400 strani):

Kot vidiš je ginekologinja rekla, da tudi 100 mg/ dan ni preveč. B vitamini so topni v vodi, presežek se izloči. Problem je bolj pri kakšnem D vitaminu, ki ni.
Mg 375 mg je ok. Jaz ga sicer (še) ne jem.

Nisem pričakovala, da so tako mehka. Planet bio izdelke imajo tudi v Sanolaborjih, čisto slučajno sem jih videla, super! Naslednjič bom pa jaz nabavila spirulino.

Ja, sem jih hotela jaz kupit, potem pa me sploh ni spustil do blagajne in je on plačal.

- vsak dan 5 tabletk spiruline (za splošno počutje; to vzamem zjutraj, kaj mislite, bolje zjutraj ali zvečer ali oboje? ali celo na tešče?)
- vsak dan čajna žlička acai (to sem vzela predvsem za kožo, ker mi je pred časom zelo pomagala)
- vsaj 3x tedensko čajna žlička reishi (za imunski sistem)
+ 1x tedensko pšenična trava (ker jo moram porabiti, ni mi pa 'must have' dodatek)
Goji jagode jem po potrebi, konopljina semena si posujem po solati, med piro, testenine itd. Imam tudi konopljine proteine, ki so mi nekaj srednjega in po okusu ne preveč, chia semena šele uvajam, ker sem jih dobila. Razmišljam, da bi jih jedla po treningu za regeneracijo?

Jaz bi imela spirulino/chlorello + konopljina semena ali chia semena ali pšenično travo ali ječmenovo travo + reishi gobe
Zaenkrat bo brez reishi.
