No Od danes naprej pa se jemljem v roke. Tek vsake dva dni, pa lepo vsak dan vaje zvečer in potem beljakovine za večerjo. sej trebuh imam že tako raven,ampak hočem da se malo vidijo mišice....So se mi tud že lol ;D
Tko da grem zdele narest še dodatnih 40 trebušnjakov potem pa uteži za roke in rit in stegna.
Upam da bom po tem dnevu spala kot dojenček.

Ja, v prvi vrsti je odvisno od posameznikove telesne pripravljenosti. Pogostost prilagodis svojim zmoznostim, vec kot treniras v vecji formi si. Pa ce ti sede vsak dan zakaj naj pol ne bi? Saj nimam v mislih maratonskih razdalj, tak lahkoten tek 20min. do najvec pol ure.

Pred tem pojem banano in spijem ene 6-8g tega KLIK, kar znese 4,56 - 6,08g beljakovin (koliko se jih dejansko absorbira, nimam pojma!).
10 km pretečem v 60 min, kjer je moj povprečni pulz okrog 180. Pulz v bistvu skače od 200 do 140. Malo menjava. Začnem z visokim, po pol ure se zadržuje okoli 160.
Tečem ves čas, z izjemo dveh pavz, ko se za pol minute ustavim in malo potresem mišice.
Po prihodu domov, spijem še 20g sirotke (15.2g beljakovin) in pojem nekaj z visokim GI, lubenico npr.
Danes so mi izmerili, da imam 43,2kg puste telesne mase. Okoli cifre 40g se je pred tem tudi gibala količina dnevno zaužitih beljakovin.
Obrokov imam 5, če le gre. V telo se trudim vnašat vse poterbne sestavine. Spijem dovolj vode.
Vprašanje za izkušene:
Ali si zaradi teka pri taki intenzivnosti škodujem?
Predvsem me zanima ali kurim mišično maso.
Hvala, če mi bo kdo znal odgovorit.

V bistvu sem bolj z rezervo pričakovala odgovor. Ni ravno vprašanje o kozmetiki...

21km dnevno? Očitno gre, a to zmore le peščica. Čeprav, če tečeš po intervalih lepo celi dan po malem...
Jaz ne bi mogla, no. Ampak dobro. Kdo sploh sme jaz?

Danes sem dobila odgovor od "mojega" svetovalca za zdravo prehrano in fitnes, tak da če bi mi slučajno kdo vedel odgovoriti, se ne rabi več trudit.
V bistvu sem bolj z rezervo pričakovala odgovor. Ni ravno vprašanje o kozmetiki...
in odgovor je?
