Jaz sem odkrila Dr. Steinberger sokove. Trenutno pijem zjutraj TEGA, tekom dneva pa vsakega malo od teh dveh: KLIK in KLIK.
Vsi trije so prijetnega okusa, so pa kar ''močni'', tako da popijem naenkrat manj kot deci.
Razmišljam pa še o nakupu TEGA. Tudi TA se mi zdi mikaven.
Sicer niso poceni, sploh ob rednem uživanju, a se mi zdi kvalitetna naložba za prihodnost.

Si jih tudi delam - smoothei-je, ampak menim, da vseeno z njimi ne dobim toliko vitaminov (ali pa
npr. konkretno železa, ki ga rabim precejšnjo dozo na dan) kot jih je npr. v slabem deci tega multiviti
soka, mi tako ustreza.

FTSE, meni je ostalo nekajo Retaferja in Ferrum LEKa, če bi jih želela. Meni jih želodec ne prenese.
Drugače pa sem v lekarni dobila nasvet, naj jemljem Elevit - res da je namenjen nosečnicam in doječim materam, ampak ima od vseh komercialno dostopnih pripravkov še največ železa (več kot recimo Železo + vitamin C ali Sensifer plus od Sensilaba). Sem se posvetovala tudi z ginekologinjo (ker zadeva vsebuje tudi folno kislino) in mi je rekla, da ni nobene panike.
Tako da jaz sem redno na Elevitu, železo imam super, redno darujem kri, hemoglobin imam med 136 in 152 (pa sem bila pred 2 leti "slaborkvna").
Če pa želiš piti sokove pa mogoče probaj Floradix Floravital (prodajajo v DM). Stane cca 12€, imaš ga za 25 dni.
Aha, pa še to...poleg železa v kakršni koli obliki je pomembno, da uživaš zraven tudi vitamin C, ker poveča absorbcijo železa v telo.

Pri zelezu bi opomnila na eno stvar, namrec da se v telesu reciklira, in ga ni fajn jemat 'na pamet' (ne pravim, da ga, ampak samo opozorim, ker vem, da se dogaja), ker lahko z viskom zeleza v telesu naredis precej skode.
Drugace pa kot je rekla AP, uzivanje z vitaminom C poveca njegovo absorpcijo (predvsem iz rastlinskih virov). Manj znano je tudi dejstvo, da se njegova absorpcija navadno avtomatsko poveca tudi, ce je v telesu pride do nizjega stanja zeleza (en tak zelo prikladen mehanizem ).

Ja, tudi te sem imela in se mi je po njih krvna slika ful popravila. Potem pa se jih ni dalo več dobiti. A sedaj so spet v prodaji (ta spletna lekarna ima na strani veliko stvari, ki jih sploh nimajo na zalogi ali pa so celo nedobavljive)?

Ja, tudi meni je bilo rečeno, da se jih ne bo dalo več dobiti. Jaz sem jih dobila v eni zelo zakotni lekarni - zadnjo škatlico.
Res škoda, da te najboljše stvari kar tako umikajo iz prodaje.

Se o trditvah na zivilih: na podrocju EU jih doloca EFSA in so se ne tako dalec nazaj poostrila, tako da ne mores vec cesarkoli takega dati na embalazo, ker je kaznivo.
