Upam, da vam bo vsec, meni je od do sedaj sprobanih jogurtov najbolj okusen.

Tale krema je res dobra in ne presladka, ampak meni premalo kisla in premastna za vsak dan (ni primarno jogurt). Pa tudi okus kokosa mi ne pase vedno. Vem pa, da jo veliko uporabljajo za peko in jo bom zagotovo se kupila za kaksno sladico. Otroku je bila pa ful vsec.

Kak narediš špinačni burek, Anouk?

 

500 g vlecenega testa 

400-500g tofuja (1 zavojcek)

500-750ml navadnega sojinega jogurta (1 Alpro loncek/tetrapak)

po obcutku dodam odmrznjeno sesekljano spinaco (1-2 skodelici), olje, poper, sol, kvasne kosmice, cesen v prahu (malo po trenutnem navdihu)

 

Pekac namazem z oljem in vanj polozim dve plasti testa in cez razmazem par zlic nadeva, potem pa po eno plast testa in nadeva in ponavljam do konca. Pecem na 200C cca. 35 min. Fajn mi je, ker lahko precej variiras kolicine sestavin (in sestavine same), pa se vedno okusno izpade.

Tudi meni je všeč sparova kokosova krema, se mi zdi zelprecej podobna jogurtu. Bom ponovila nakup.

V Hofru imajo zdaj kokosov jogurt (pise da do maja 2019) in sezamovo mleko.

A jogurt ali mleko? Mleko je v 1l tetrapaku, jogurt je pa 400ml v loncku My love, my life. Na hitro so se mi vrednosti zdele enake Sparovemu v bistvu.

Videla. Pohvale Šparu. Jaz sem sicer v lokalni štacuni z azijsko hrano našla še cenejšega, za 2 evra :D

Pri nas je trentno 400g v eko trgovini 3,09 :) Ampak bi mi bolj prav prisel tisti v tetrapak pakiranju, ki ne rabi bit v hladnilniku in ima daljsi rok uporabe, drugace moram za vsako torto sestavine nabirat po okoliskih mestih.

V Hofru imajo Adez napitke (mleka). Kokos, mandelj in riz. Vzela sem mandljevega in ima samo 0,2g sladkorja na 100ml. Nisem pa se probala, samo povem, da ne zmanjka :) Vidim, da so v Sparu precej drazja.

Jaz sem zadnjic v Hoferju dobila plesniv kokosov jogurt, ki naj bi bil uporaben se 3 tedne. Never again, nasploh so mi vse te veganske “mlecne” stvari cisto precenjene.

Meni je ta najboljši do zdaj. Še boljši od Šparovega. Se mi pa še ni zgodilo kaj podobnega glede pokvarjenosti. Lahko bi reklamirala.
