Jih zdej neki časa nisem cry.gif in se potem ne vem, a samo počutim, da imam večji trebuh, a dejansko je rahlo večji. Vsekakor jih bom zdej delala skoz, ker se samozavestnejšo okol kazanja trebuha počutim, češrav mi ni neki ful všeč.

1 h aerobike, čakajo me še tradicionalni večerni trebušnjaki in vaje za noge. Pa nekaj napol se postim, da se malo spucam od vsega decemberskega prenajedanja. Sem samo na jogurtih in sadju.

Včeraj sem 1,5 ure igrala odbojko s prijateljicami, danes pa bom sprobala včeraj kupljeni gimnastično žogo in kolebnico.

Naredila vaje za rit, noge, roke in trebuh ter strečing (po DVD-ju). Telovadila sem 50 min. tongue.gif

Zumba je msz kot ena vrsta aerobike.


1h aerobike. Sploh se ne razumem no, vedno se tok noro dobro počutim, ko pridem domov, pa vedno se s tako muko tja spravim. Lenoba smotana mad.gif

se odločla, da bom spet trenirala ples. hip hop in showdance. tako da 4x na teden treningi po uro in pol. smile.gif drug tedn začnem.
