Jaz sem prešaltala s kokošjih jajc na prepeličja. Jih kupujemo od ene znanke, domače.

Meni so boljša, pa še precej bolj zdrava so.

Zanimivo, zakaj so pa bolj zdrava, imajo manj holesterola?

jaz pa jajca kupujem od sodelavca, ki ima doma kokoši.

jajca so kar se velikosti in okusa tiče, neprimerljiva s tistimi iz trgovine.

kokoši so seveda spuščene.

Midva jih (mislila sem prepeličja) občasno lahko dobiva od sestrine tašče, fant jih ima ful rad, jaz pa malo manj...Sicer nisem zaznala kakšnega posebnega vonja ali okusa, sam me ne mikajo preveč. Itak pa nasploh ne jem pogosto jajc, mogoče 2 na teden. Kokošja jajca pa grem iskat k noni...

Zanimivo, zakaj so pa bolj zdrava, imajo manj holesterola?

 

Imajo več vitaminov, niso tako nevarna za holesterol, itd. Malo pobrskaj po spletu. :)

Narezi na kocke, skuhaj v osoljeni in okisani vodi. Naredi prezganje iz moke in cebule, dodas lahko recimo papriko, paradajz omako, cesen, jusno kocko etc in v to dodaj kuhano kolerabo. Pride kot nekaksna omaka.

 

Lahko pa jo naredis samo okisano, kot solato.

Mi smo jih pred časom ene 10 dobili od spuščenih prepelic, pa mi niso imela kaj posebnega ali boljšega okusa :hmm:

Hvala vsem za nasvete glede kolerabe, sem naredila juho in je prišla super. :) Bom zagotovo še.

 

Sedaj imam pa še eno vprašanje in sicer glede bureka: danes sem ga naredila, oziroma, krompirušo. In sploh ne vem, če sem ga OK delala, prebrala sem namreč nekaj različnih receptov.

In sedaj ne vem kako se ga sploh dela, delala sem ga pa z vlečenim testom. Če prav razumem, je potrebno vsako plat posebej namazati z oljem? Ker krompir pač ni masten in potem je prišlo

precej suho skupaj. Mi pa ni ravno dati full olja, no. Nekaj že, preveč pa res ne. 

 

Kakšen nasvet s prve roke? Kako ga ve pripravljate?

Kako si jo pa delala? Jaz poprazim krompir na cebuli, pribl. 10 minut. Testo pa namazem z malo olivnega olja + radenska.

 

Pa file mora biti zadosti, vec kot pol kg krompirja, za 4 zavitke.

 

Kaksen por v nadevu najbrz se malo popestri zadevo. Se nisem delala s porom.

Moja napaka je bila, da sem dala po 3 liste testa skupaj. A veš, kot torta, ne kot zavitek? :)

Nekje sem našla tudi tak recept, pa sem ga uporabila. Najbrž bi pa morala med vsako plastjo dati malo maščobe? Da bi se prepojilo in bilo

bolj mehko/sočno. 

 

Drugače pa sem isto naribala krompir in popražila na čebuli 10 min.

Bom jaz za recept vprasala eno kolegico, ki je baje mojstrica za krompiruse, zeljanice, in tako naprej. Mogoce je tudi stos v testu - ona ga vedno sama dela.

Sicer sem pa jaz vzela en list testa, razporedila gor nadev, nato pa zvila kot strudelj. 3 plasti testa se pa slisi rahlo neugodno, ja. ;-)

Jaaaa, domače testo, ne kupljeno.

Pa krompir se prepraži malo prej, potem pa v bistvu samo nakapaš tu pa tam olje.

3 plasti testa se pa slisi rahlo neugodno, ja. ;-)

 

To je bila napaka, ja. :) Coco, vem, domače testo bi tudi pomagalo, ampak se mi res ni dalo. Drugič. :)

V enem receptu rabim "chocolate wafer cookies", takih piškotov nisem nikjer zasledila, bodo okej tudi čokoladne napolitanke? Ker moram itak zmlet.
