One stupid question :D... Sem doma v pritličju bloka in imam svojo teraso v kateri mi raste trenutno regrat. Kaj bi bilo čudno, če bi si ga nabrala? Po njem nihče ne hodi, psi ne ščijejo... Imam kar precej predsodke jest katerikoli regrat, če ne zaupam človeku, da ga je nabral na nekem "čistem" placu (ni gnojeno, psi ne ščijejo, ne zraven ceste, ne v vinogradu...). Zato sem pomislila, da je moja terasa v bistvu precej nedotaknjen prostor :D.

Kje kupujete kamutovo moko? V DM imajo samo eno za 5€+ (ni njihova znamka), a je to normalna cena ali se dobi sicer tudi cenejšo?

Jaz sem ga naribala pa not vrgla. Ga pa drugic ne bom, ce pravte, da je ok. Je kr malo peklo pa je Tomaz tezil, Maks je pa ful jedel. :)

Mislim, da sem jaz dala se vec. Je kr tu nekje cena.

Jaz delam ameriške, in naredim brez jajc, in tudi brez nadomestka: malo pirine moke, malo kakšne druge, rastlinsko mleko, 2 žlici olja, pecilni prašek.

 

Recept je bil v tisti knjigi, tudi Kami jo je lepila na forumu.

Osnova je vedno voda + rastlinsko mleko, jaz dam potem zraven se scep soli, malo pecilnega praska. Po zelji notri vmesas zacimbe v prahu (vanilijo, cimet, ingver, kurkumo) in pa malenkost mascobe. Nadomestka v palacinkah ne uporabljam.

Zelo podobne delam tudi sama. :) Spečem na kokosovi maščobi, čez pa dam ali marmelado, zadnjič sem naredila preliv iz svežih jagod. :) Pa javorjev sirup mi je tudi zakon (ampak ga ne smem dati preveč,

ker mi je presladek).

Uf, ja, javorjev (tukaj je sicer drag kot zafran, tako da abstiniram ;)). Me je pa vedno cudilo, ko vidis, kako si americani v kakem filmu palacinke/vaflje prelijejo s sirupom. Brrr.

A tudi ve tako težko najdete malinino Frutabelo? Jaz sem jo iskala v čisto vseh trgovinah, hipermarketih, malih trgovinah... nikjer je ni. Vse druge pa so, to češnjevo temno videvam povsod.

Isto je črno-rjava v osnovi (na spl. strani imajo še vedno stare embalaže :facepalm: ). Jaz tudi ful redko najdem malino, verjetno se najbolj prodaja. Mi je daleč najboljša.
